87-year-old Alan Hamel and Bruce Jr opened up about moments they shared with the late Suzanne Somers prior to her death at the age of 76 on Sunday, October 15.

I wish I'd discovered your channel while Suzanne was still with us. Now I watch because of the warm feelings it brings me. My sister and I were huge fans of Three’s Company. We thought she was our age, and copied her outfits. My daughter has breast cancer and I'm getting Suzanne’s book. She is still helping people. I thank wonderful Lord Jesus that Suzanne is with him now. May the Holy Spirit the Comforter be with you and your family until you meet again. Keep looking up. Jesus is coming soon! ❤

I'm glad that we, the public, can comfort your family right now. I'm also grateful to have this outlet to allow us the emotional support for grieving as well. Most of the time when other stars pass away the family wants complete privacy. We may not even get to find out how they passed. Thanks for the gift of allowing us to share our grief together.

Grief is the hardest when you lose someone who was your other half . You were each others soul mates. I only wish I had the privilege of having that in my life. I lost my mom on September 29th a great loss for me. I was in Palm Desert at Clark’s looking at Suzanne’s makeup when I had this feeling of sadness, thinking it had to do with my mom and then my husband had told me Suzanne Somers had passed away that morning I felt so much sadness. She was my mentor Suzanne turned my health around bought all her books and got started taking natural hormones. She will be missed.

I so understand your grief . The father of my children passed away and I still miss him til my heart hurts. He was my ex husband, but we were close . My present husband is precious. We have lost a son, grandson, and recently a nephew , who was a Marine vet. So we do know that one foot in front of the other is the daily walk and the comfort of the Holy Spirit

I have been following Suzanne and Al the last couple of years. I watched “Three’s Company” when I was a kid and I remember the “Thigh Master”. But, I started getting obsessed with Suzanne’s life story. I did not realize her singing and dance talents. I loved watching her impromptu interviews with Johnny Carson. I didn't know she had a show on UT, now I've been binge watching and absolutely love it. It's great to see her family surround Alan. I know it's tough on the spouse, but it's tough on the kids, kids-in-law, grandkids, and loved ones as well. Since I've been watching the show, I've gotten so many health tips, specifically, taking vitamin K and Calcium. Keep up the show, Alan, Bruce, Caroline, and add the sweet grandchildren into the mix. Maybe sprinkle in loved ones from time to time. Sending much love from Michigan. You've got this Alan.
It's better to get calcium from leafy greens than crushed rock which can create kidney stones. Osteoporosis is highest in countries that consume dairy because dead flesh and cow secretions are acidic and leach calcium from the bones.

Even on TV she exuded such great warmth. Liked how she would affectionately touch Alan's face. You could see the beautiful love they shared. In the end love not hate is what matters most.
