Small Update: They now have added a new functionality to train specific situations like a hotel check-in or how to order in a restaurant. That's super useful!
Thank you so much for your positive feedback! :) Yes, there are many new apps etc. to explore. Do you have any specific in mind that I should take a look at?
@@DustinSchermaul No, lol, I wait to see what you'll find and share, but thank you very kindly for asking. 💖 You're amazing at this! How's the Turkish going? (Bet you're pretty fluent by now.) 😎
@@halleluyah8241 no problem, just wanted to ask :). Thank you so much! Turkish is progressing, but I'm suuuuper far away from fluency. Still many things to learn and understand, but I'm not in a rush. Language learning is a marathon, not a sprint. The more time I spend with the language, the more fascinating it gets. 🙂
@@DustinSchermaul That's the perfect attitude about it - keep things fun and loose! 🤗 It makes a big difference in our capacity to retain what we learn. I've been working on the accusative (o yumurtayi = that egg, etc.) and also what I think of as the copula because it's so similar to the Hebrew copular use of "this" (e.g.) as inclusive of the verb "is" - when you're trying to say something like "This is a girl" - so if you were translating it literally, it would just look like "This girl." (Sorry, that was probably as clear as mud. 😂) The real challenge, for me, is Chinese because of the characters. If you know of a good system for learning Pinyin, I would really appreciate hearing about it. In the meantime, slow and teady wins the race. God bless you, my friend.
@@halleluyah8241 haha yes that was really a little complicated what you've written, but I think I've understood it! About the learning the Chinese characters. So I know from the videos of Robin MacPherson, he actually used an app called Skritter for that and said it should be very good: skritter.com/ He also made a video about it. Maybe it helps you: th-cam.com/video/5Pglt4az_N0/w-d-xo.html Have a great week! :)
They need to improve the listening. I spoke in French and it wrote something completely different that I didn't pronounce at all. I said two words and it wrote a long sentence. Weird. I talk in a dictionary app instead and it writes what I said correctly.
I think it varies strongly by the different languages. There are still many things to be improved. Let's see in which direction it goes. And for so long, I will also try other similar apps to see what else is out there :).
?Was this your experience? ... I went to their site and clicked on get started and the only options were to "continue with: google, linkedin or telegram" There was no place to use an email address to get started. Is that what you experienced? Also there was no 'contact' link that i could find.
Hey BTS, yes, for now they only have the option for you to get signed up via the logins you've mentioned... As said, they are still in their early stages and everything is still far from perfect. Hopefully they'll also offer the option to sign up by email soon. That's what I usually also prefer to do rather.

Thank you, Dustin - you're the best! ✨ Looking forward to your coverage of more AI language practice. Blessings!
