This is so inspiring, I did the Ester fast.. I wanted a child.. I was married for 11 years no child... So I took a three day fasting no food no water... I wanted 3 things... A child, a car and my own house... That was 1 June 2021..... On the 6th of June.. My uncle blessed me with a Honda civic.. Then on the 22nd I recorded positive pregnancy after 11 years imagine.. Unfortunately am still living in my small house... I didn't get the house.. So now as am listening to your video sis I wanna start the 3 day fasting again tomorrow... I want my house and a better life for my family... Oh.. While I was praying I heard a voice saying "OK.. Alright... The person was behind me... But when I opened my eyes I didn't see anyone.... Yho guys I love God... He's there and He answers prayers
I also have a testimony...So last week on Tuesday a voice came so strong to me to do a 3 days Esther fast, the voice was strong and i heard start ur fast tomorrow....then i was like ok i will do it(never done Esther fast before) Before this voice i was seeing strange things like a car carrying a coffin and just death related things. So Wednesday i started my fast and my heart was heavy i just started praying for me and my family that we shall not die prematurely. I prayed and couldn't have peace the whole night, so i continued even on day 2 morning and on my way for work i was listening to a sermon by one sister and this is what apostle Arome said sometime back and the message was that if u prayed about something and if that thing comes it wont have the effect it was supposed to have. By the way i didn't have prayer requests so during lunch on day 2 i asked the Holy Spirit on what to pray for that particular day and my heart was heavy when i started praying for the brethren in Christ and day 2 lunch and day 3 mornings i prayed for the church. Day 3 i think i was asking God on why He led me to do this fast but he was quiet and i just told Him that Lord whatever it is you know and i am glad that i am doing what you asked me 😅. When i reached home and i prayed and laid on my bed then my mom called me and she sounded all happy, and after talking for sometime she then said *my daughter yesterday you could have received a call that your mom passed* then she said suddenly she was losing her breath and her mouth was hardening and then my brother and her elder sister started praying for her.... I couldn't hold my tears and gratitude to God!!! Told my mom to cut the line and i started thanking God and immediately i saw why God led me to fast! This God is good... Praise the Lord!!! By the way during the 3 days i was not hungry and not even thirsty, and most times i usually have migraines but during the fast i never even had a single headache! God!! God!!! 🙏

A person could have cancer or diabetes and although it's not mentioned in the bible, it is wise to follow the orders of the doctors. Before weight training it is wise to stretch first. Do we HAVE TO....no. But it is wise.

I got really emotional when you broke down because I had the same struggle after day 2. 8am of day 3 I was feeling so sick, nauseous, feverish and could barely say a word. I heard a voice tell me to drink some water and I drank very little. And able to sleep. The devil kept shaming me but I vowed not to eat anything till past 12am the next day. Day 2 was the hardest, I cried so much. But the revelations and dreams I had during my naps and sleep, confirms God has heard my cry and I will testify in due time. I am tired of being mediocre with the things of God, so I booked a room for 3 nights because I didn’t want any triggers or distractions. Day one was a full blown attack from the devil, so much distractions in my head but I spend the whole day praising God!

My husband was out of town so I was alone at home. When I ended my fast within the 11th day I had a clear dream which answered my prayer. I was taken back but I thanked God for giving me my answer. I know this is an older video but I had to come back after doing a 3 day water fast to give thanks to you. This fast was.... not easy. This fast nearly broke me spiritually... everything I went into it seeking, it seems like the opposite happened; esp when it came to drawing closer to God and hearing His voice. It's felt like He's been so silent with me, but I've been watching Stephanie Ike Okafor's video's and...it's been life changing. I did the fast a few weeks ago, and today I was just asking what was the point of the fast for the reasons mentioned. I was so angry and fed up with everything. But then I watched her most recent sermon on Faith in Miracles and it has completely shifted my thoughts on how to hear from God. I've got to put this into practice, but in the meantime I just had to come back to this video and thank you for sharing your experience and introducing us to this pastor. I hope that God continues to speak to you and move in your life. Your experience was very encouraging to me and I'm sure it will be for future believers who are embarking this process.

@@Liobabroeks is it normal to be spiritually attacked while fasting? The first day I tried I had a nightmare and when I woke up I saw a shadow of a giant bug fly away from me and disappeared into the curtain. It wasn’t a real bug but just a shadow. I’ve never experienced that before…
The enemy is not happy about you fasting , he knows that he will be in trouble and he will try by all means to intimated you and you might find yourself discouraged to go on, that very moment is the moment for you to start pushing more in prayers as it’s written in Mark 9:29 And He said to them, “This kind cannot come out by anything but prayer.”. You will get attacks during your fast, but the battle belongs to the Lord almighty.
I went to a Spirit of Praise Concert this weekend led by Pastor Benjamin Dube here in Cape Town. This morning I was praying but time did not exist and I felt like I was having a talking to a friend. Afterwards I felt overwhelming love of God that He brought down His one and only son to die for our sins. I cried so much. I felt so special that I have a friend to talk to. Someone who loves me more than anyone can love me. Then I came across your video. I felt so emotional even after continuing with my day even the songs I keep singing I feel unconditional love from our father. He truly loves us so so much even though we are sinners. I will do the Esther Fast by God's Grace. Thank you for this video.

I modified the Esther fast my including water only. Today is day 1 (I started at midnight). I actually feel so good and blessed. I'm moving out of the way to allow God to work and I can't wait to hear His voice.🤍
GOD BLESS you 🥰, just an FYI, you can't modify anything in the word of GOD...Esther fast, is a dry fast, no food, no water...what you did was a 3 day water fast...just want to put it out there so there wouldn't be any confusion...GOD is not the author of confusion

@@Ashley-og9ti All I'm saying is an Esther Fast and 3 day water fast are two different things...if you are doing a Esther fast (no solids, no liquids), and GOD allow you to sip some water, then that's different...the Bible, and GOD'S WORD cannot be modified...if I'm doing a 3 day water fast, that's what Im going to call it...when you hear Esther Fast, you we could go off of what the Bible said, but GOD is always going to be the righteous judge

So inspiring! Thank you for doing this video. God has been speaking to me for several years (2013) when I confess with my lips that Jesus is my Lord and Savior. I have experienced several spiritual attacks but also extreme blessings that have came out of nowhere. I am now at a point in my life where I know I am a prophet but I'm running away from the responsibility. I've experienced sleep paralysis and I know that it's God wanting to communicate with me. After looking at a few articles on sleep paralysis and videos on TH-cam I decided to turn to the word of God and he immediately turn the pages to Esther... You're so welcome! You didn’t fail at all, some people do the Esther fast with liquids and some don’t. What matters at the end of the day is your heart! Jesus told us to fast in secret. Fasting should be between us and God and if we are humble and seriously seeking Him, He will honor our fast.

I'm on day 1 of my Esthet fast and need God's intervention desperately and so many videos on this fast have popped up on my feed i know God has been asking me to do this.
My question is with this Esther fasting are you to break the fast at 6pm and eat fruits for three days or you don’t eat food or fruits and water for three days straight?

I have been doing Esther fast for 48 hours today. I have been amazed at how well I felt after no food or water for so long. However, suddenly I feel a bladder issue coming on. I prayed and am now having some water. This really irks me, I wanted so badly to complete the full 3 days. I will continue to fast from food and pray the Lord's mercy.
God wants us to seek him wholeheartedly and we will find him as the Bible says in Jeremiah 29:13. Don’t let the fact that you haven’t completed the 3 Days makes you feel like you let God down or he hasn’t heard your prayers. He is only after our hearts. Take courage and keep knocking on that door!! He hears and sees everything. Blessings to you
Sister, I’m on hour 37 and I broke my fast by drinking water. My heart was racing so badly, I was weak and I have to take my kids to school. I prayed to God but I gave in to fear. I feel bad about breaking my fast but my heart rate went down and I feel a bit better. I pray God sees my heart. This is hard.
You don’t have to feel bad at all; we are only human. Don’t get discouraged. You can read Psalm 103:8- hopefully, that encourages you and lifts your spirit.

It's important to prepare physically and spiritually before you start a fast. Fruit fast, vegetables, broths for at least 1 week to help you prep.

I went to a Spirit of Praise Concert this weekend led by Pastor Benjamin Dube here in Cape Town. This morning I was praying but time did not exist and I felt like I was having a talking to a friend. Afterwards I felt overwhelming love of God that He brought down His one and only son to die for our sins. I cried so much. I felt so special that I have a friend to talk to. Someone who loves me more than anyone can love me. Then I came across your video. I felt so emotional even after continuing with my day even the songs I keep singing I feel unconditional love from our father. He truly loves us so so much even though we are sinners. I will do the Esther Fast by God's Grace. Thank you for this video.

I modified the Esther fast my including water only. Today is day 1 (I started at midnight). I actually feel so good and blessed. I'm moving out of the way to allow God to work and I can't wait to hear His voice.🤍

GOD BLESS you 🥰, just an FYI, you can't modify anything in the word of GOD...Esther fast, is a dry fast, no food, no water...what you did was a 3 day water fast...just want to put it out there so there wouldn't be any confusion...GOD is not the author of confusion
@wisdomproverb9196 I'm not confused lol but ty for your insight. There are people with health conditions, medications that require intake, sickness fatigue, I don't think there is anything wrong with modifications it's the intention /posture that's important 🤍
@@Ashley-og9ti All I'm saying is an Esther Fast and 3 day water fast are two different things...if you are doing a Esther fast (no solids, no liquids), and GOD allow you to sip some water, then that's different...the Bible, and GOD'S WORD cannot be modified...if I'm doing a 3 day water fast, that's what Im going to call it...when you hear Esther Fast, you we could go off of what the Bible said, but GOD is always going to be the righteous judge

So inspiring! Thank you for doing this video. God has been speaking to me for several years (2013) when I confess with my lips that Jesus is my Lord and Savior. I have experienced several spiritual attacks but also extreme blessings that have came out of nowhere. I am now at a point in my life where I know I am a prophet but I'm running away from the responsibility. I've experienced sleep paralysis and I know that it's God wanting to communicate with me. After looking at a few articles on sleep paralysis and videos on TH-cam I decided to turn to the word of God and he immediately turn the pages to Esther... My sister in Christ Thank you so much for your insight and your sacrifice. May God bless you and please pray for me as I take on this Esther fast for the first time in my life

You didn’t fail at all, some people do the Esther fast with liquids and some don’t. What matters at the end of the day is your heart! Jesus told us to fast in secret. Fasting should be between us and God and if we are humble and seriously seeking Him, He will honor our fast.

I have been doing Esther fast for 48 hours today. I have been amazed at how well I felt after no food or water for so long. However, suddenly I feel a bladder issue coming on. I prayed and am now having some water. This really irks me, I wanted so badly to complete the full 3 days. I will continue to fast from food and pray the Lord's mercy.
God wants us to seek him wholeheartedly and we will find him as the Bible says in Jeremiah 29:13. Don’t let the fact that you haven’t completed the 3 Days makes you feel like you let God down or he hasn’t heard your prayers. He is only after our hearts. Take courage and keep knocking on that door!! He hears and sees everything. Blessings to you

Sister, I’m on hour 37 and I broke my fast by drinking water. My heart was racing so badly, I was weak and I have to take my kids to school. I prayed to God but I gave in to fear. I feel bad about breaking my fast but my heart rate went down and I feel a bit better. I pray God sees my heart. This is hard.
You don’t have to feel bad at all; we are only human. Don’t get discouraged. You can read Psalm 103:8- hopefully, that encourages you and lifts your spirit.
