Mini testimony guys
Sooo Im on a 7 days fast ,I only drink water at night 1 to 2 glasses.Monday to Wednesday the fast was going smoothly then comes Thursday my body was fighting I was anxious,had doubt,went on my phone even watched some TV. it was so hard to pray even the bible was boring
I went to bed and couldn't sleep ,tossed and turned wanted so bad to break my fast even googled things that breaks a fast just to feel better.
Then I asked GOD to give me a sign if I should break my fast ,I asked that my niece calls my name in her sleep *she does that a lot* and NOTHING
Then I asked GOD if I should continue with my fast and to give me a sign by turning my daughter towards me in her sleep *BAM!!!* she turned and scooted over and gave me a little slap on my chest.
I was in awe by this sign and today I'm on day 5
Guys GOD is present HE moves HE confirms
Sometimes I just ask for a sign and it works, JESUS is real🙏🙏
Praise God for keeping you going sis🙌🏾 May you continue to be obedient to God's direction for your life.
Sidenote: I drink water and coffee all day when I fast and I end my fast in the evening, so kudos to you for how strict you make your fast. I believe God wants me to take my fast up a notch or two so I'm listening 🙏🏾

I just broke my fast prematurely (I started feeling weak, then I caved and ate something) now I’m watching this and I feel so convicted 😫😫😭😭 never thought about how heaven sees my commitments, never thought about how God expects me to keep my word to him. This message was very eye opening

Fasting has been on my mind heavy lately. Part 1 popped up , then this . I went to church pastor preached on fasting, randomly opened up my bible tonight .. fasting 🙏🏾❤️

I'm on day 6 of 21 today and all I am asking is for God to sustain me so I see this journey through... A 350ml blended fruit for breakfast then a bowl of vegies at 6 after my last prayer. This is my first time hence it's so difficult but I am not focusing on it.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I was listening to this while fasting, I started dozing off almost fell asleep and I caught myself. As I got up she was preaching on the part "Stay up" God is good.
I’ve been so ignorant to the phenomenon of fasting for the longest time,so grateful to God for this insightful series 🙌🏽 so excited to go into a fast with so much understanding and clarity.

Just starting my Esther Fasting today Lord help me
I will commit to making room for God to feed my spirit. As I listened to this and understood that I have to omit any distractions on the days I want to fast to open my mind, body and spirit to God and allow the spirit to come into alignment as it releases all that is in me that is not of God. I will be fed by the bible and soak with praise songs. I need to be STILL and speak to GOD. Thankful for this video. Blessings to believers as we choose to stay connected to the one TRUE vine to bear good fruits in the upcoming new SEASON.

I remember when I will fast from 6am-3pm, by 10 or 12 I will start seeing a movie or scrolling on IG and the Holy Spirit will literally tell me that what I'm doing is weight loss not fasting and this is what fasting is (He was teaching me). Thank you for confirmation of Angels being assigned on the third day of my fast I was in a deep sleep and I remember Being touched on my foot and a voice said wake up . I popped up and immediately began to look around , there was no one there and both kids were sleep in there beds I began to pray 🤲🏾

I fast so I come correct to God about my path and I fast to cleans my body so the Holy Spirit can enter to help me whatever be God's will for me to do. If my prayers aren't answered then yes I know it just wasn't God's will. Great message, thank you sister in Christ. My sister has a great fast plan with a protein shake and water to keep her nourished and has done a 33 days safely.
I've been fasting a certain amount of days a week but these messages are reaching me at a time when I feel like should do a 21 Daniel type fast which I've never done before ,I really need a big breakthrough for transformation.Will see what happens tomorrow.

The weight loss and diet change are two of the MANY beneficial byproducts i don’t ignore. It’s not my priority but it definitely is motivation. I notice that I am at my ideal weight when I fast. I’ve learned different types of fast from the LORD, so depending on the type of fast, my health is heavily impacted for good. I praise God for that and express it everyday that I’m praying and fasting. I enter His gates with that thanksgiving and His courts with faithful praise!! The levels of high blood pressure significantly lowered during my 40 day fast a year ago- hasn’t went up since. I saw the Light more during the fast and the weight loss was noticeable. The weight loss is the first thing that ministers to others including my doctors- #1 because it happens so quickly in my face. They ask, and I proclaim the LORD’s goodness of the fast.

Everytime I go on a fast, especially long term, God ends up showing me things I wasn't even aware of. So the rest of the fast ends being about the new information that God has revealed. This has taught me to heed the call for a fast, though I admit I have struggled sometimes to complete the set term of my fast. That calls for repentance and try again because the burden to fast never leaves me until I'm done, as led by God. He is amazing 👏🏽
I literally I’m in front of this word and doing a reading on budgeting and I’m having revelations about switching the way I look at the concept as not self deprivation but getting in a position where I can afford the things I need and want without causing my self stress. All the revelations I was getting doing this work on myself financially was just confirmed by this word. Thank you Jesus for speaking through Pastor Stephanie Ike! I pray the lord will continue to use you, and bless you abundantly.

I definitely fast better in certain environments. God has been training me on being able to fast in any environment. Now, that I know the environment I can create for success, I feel more confident failing forward in faith when I fast in utter and total chaos (distractions, white noise, noise, other ppl, fallen angels, anointed assignments, pressure, overwhelm, etc).
No matter what, word is bond! If I commit, I will recommit before I fail a commitment. Amen

this has come ina perfect time - day 1 of 21 in my Daniel fast .
I'm currently fasting and just came out of my devotion, and she is literally explaining exactly what I was happening during my time with God. That part about the HS gracefully breaking you, where he reveals certain things that you previously had no conviction about,when you thought you were close to God but you were actually far (43:33). For me its unforgiveness and harbouring bitterness and anger.... thank you Jesus for pastor Steph.

One week after I listened to part one and now listening to part two, I committed myself to a 16 hour fasting everyday for a whole week. I must say part one of your insight about fasting had a big influence in how I should view fasting and success of my commitment to fasting. Ps Stephanie I thank you for your teachings and may God continue to bless you to teach us more on to view things in Gods perspectives and not give in to the physical dimension but on spiritual dimension 🙏

This is the best video on fasting for me. It's RIGHT ON TIME. Part 1 and 2 has answered so many questions for me that I've struggled with about fasting. I've fasted many times and became discouraged because the things I've prayed for didn't come to fruition in the way things have for others who fasted. I'm going to restart my fast tomorrow because I messed it up today. Start date Tuesday, 1/5/2022.
