Is this the right time to buy land in KATANI estate close to syokimau and borders JKIA?🇰🇪

Katani estate is in Machakos county but borders Nairobi county .
The estate have developed rapidly in a span of 10year with good infrastructure like roads ,schools,hospitals , supermarkets and even various meet up joints.
It is 17km to Nairobi CBD with public transport available and 3km to the new standard gauge railway to CBD and to Mombasa.
