One thing that's great about this season is how you tell us everyone's name and stop and share a bit of the story of people you meet. The random encounters you find on the road are my favourite part of budget travel!

This episode made me smile so much. I recently travelled around Mexico solo for 2 months and cant even describe how amazing the people, cities, beaches, food, culture and everything is! Most people, at least here in Australia, view Mexico as a dangerous, wild place and to see you guys enjoy it and feel the same way as i did is awesome. Love your work and Viva Mexico

2 years late but here it goes! We totally understand where you're coming from. Hitchhiking gives you a roller coaster of emotions. Sometimes it's super duper long, but the right ride will always come. It's always about trusting in humanity! My favorite part was when you guys were at beach rolling in the sand and the dog was just so happy 🤣 also that beach gave me chills, so stunning 😭✨

When I road tripped in my Vanagon over a decade ago I stopped at the abandoned gas station and had the best huevos rancheros overlooking the boulders. I drove all the way back there from California just to have them again. Still the best I have ever had.

Im English but Ive lived in the French Alps for many years, Ive never done any travelling other than that so was feeling a little nervous. Start by traveling "normally" and you'll meet plenty of people in hostels that will inspire you to push your limits! That's how we started hitchhiking ;)
petkosvlogs I love how encouraging everyone is! But there right! You can do it, you just have to take the first step!
Thats the best advise ever. And i will add if you don, t do something at home, like hitchhiking or taking buses, don, t think it will be more fun in an other country. If you travel motorized at home, manage to do the same elsewhere. Those guys are a team and shows mostly headlights of a week with nice music. Just wait at home for 2 hours on a road for a car to stop to see if its that fun or try to get to a specific address by hitchhiking. Pretty sure you will walk more than expected in your dreamland. Travelling, how ever you do it, is far from being all fun.
