Hearing you explain the specifics of the 'high fat' diet and how it was actually a simultaneous high carb diet in the rat study further confirms my suspicions of so many studies. Unless a person really goes into the details of the study they could be totally mislead so it was a relief to hear you elaborate on the type of food used in that study

If your child has been on antibiotics under 6 months old, Garden of life has probiotic infant drops 1 to 6 month old. (And so on with appropriate age groups up until adult probiotics.)
Whilst visiting a doctor or paternal health nurse, it's a good idea to discuss replacing healthy yeast and bacterias.
So much to learn about vitamin D and appreciate learning something new every time. Thank you

I never realized that one reason for arthritis is..protein deficiency. It didn't occur to me at all, I'm on a carnivore diet how is that even possible? Because I never respected how much a tall body needs to eat. I don't know if people realize but the effort to shovel food in your face is the same whether tall or short, taller just has to do is longer. I grew up very short until my late teens so I never got used to the idea. Then yesterday calculating my ideal prot intake I realized I was way short on that

I woke up this morning (as I often do) with ideas of things to Google regarding my health lol I am convinced that there is a connection between thyroid and heart even though gp and cardiologist don't. So what do I find? A link between thymus and thyroid and adrenals. I start screenshotting (is now a word) things and messaging my husband "SEE!!" I envision myself printing these and going in to doctors office and flinging paper on their desk. "So there madam! And for shame!" lol
And then I open up my daily Dr. Berg suggested video and TA DA! So many connections.

Is it look like lupus or Leukopenia? Is it chronic? or if I take supplement/ change my diet can I overcome it? the turbinate in the left side of my nose is big (can it be a result of allergy)? is there any possible way that there any connection between allergy, low levels of WBC and high levels of ANA?

They also prevent the immune system from attacking cancer cells and tumors. immuno-therapy is emerging field in oncology. currently, we have chemotherapy and radiation therapy. maybe we also need a 4th field of oncology. metabolic therapy. that’s still far from happening.

Thank you, Dr. Berg, for sharing your knowledge! If more people would listen to you, the current virus that people are afraid of wouldn’t even be a thing! I had it in April, barely noticed it, and even used my alone time to finish up my nursing CEUs! Thank you, again! Wishing you and your family a great summer!

Hi Dr Berg, I don't know if you will see this. I have shed 2 stone in 2 months doing omad and keto thanks to your great videos. I did a urine infection test strip and lucosites showed up. Does that mean I'm shedding damaged white blood cells and it will work through ir do I actually have an infection as I'm not sure. ( I have had chronic sinus issues for 2 years which are easing off).

A couple weeks ago something in my deep lower throat swelled putting pressure in that area. No pain just a weird pressure feeling for two days then dissapeared. It was my thyroid for sure. Causes? Should I be concerned?

Any infection? Even a tooth decay could change the blood count.
