DEMOLISHING AT TEIMAN PETITIONS PRESIDENT AKUFFO ADDO
The affected Resident of the Teiman Burgar Town Will like to draw Your attention to an unfortunate Situation and unpleasant Conditions and inconveniences Caused by few residents of the Teiman burger town Area, led by one Emmanuel Nana Mensah and Friends (Joseph Boakye, Stephen Mensah and Fii)Who claim to be the aid of the Vice President (Dr.Mahamadu Bawumia).
This incident occured on 25th day of January 2024 While Most of the residents were out of their homes for Business on that fateful day, Only to receive pressung Calls from neighbours about an ongoing demolishings of their properties to their surprise.
Shockingly,Those Who Could rush from their Locations to the Science Came to Witness- the unpleasant Action being Carried out. Efforts to intervene by asking for NOTICE /ORDER of DEMOLISHING but the gentlemen Could Not produce Any Legal Document.
They verbaly claimed They were operating with the backing of the District Assembly, the Local Chief and one unnamed Brigadier(Army Senior Officer) and the MCE.
Unfortunately, all the Evidence gathered by way of cross checking has proven that, Those herbal' Claims were not true and they undertook the demolishing in their own' capacity and interest against Other residents such as pensionors, poultry Farmers, hawkers etc Who strongly protested .
This DEMOLISHING has Massively affected their livelihood and also coupled with the health implications of the demolition on the residents, hence their Security is at stake.
We are therefore Calling on all authorities to take IMMEDIATE Action to resolve the issue and ensure perpetrators are brought to Book and if Possible, Compensate all Victims Who have damaged properties.
