You have to hold, no option to exit as it can't be transferred. If you do this on GPA, both parties will loose piece of mind till it will not be transferred and it may take months or years.
There are some developers like I&S Build tech.Are they trustworthy?They are selling lands near Tappal
I can't say but I suggest only for authority plots for now.
