I would say start with A New Hope first just to give them a perspective of why Star Wars is so famous.
Skip out rogue one and the tv shows and focus on the main story first.
If these guys can stand this level of gruesome violence: The Night Comes For Us (2018) it's Hindi Dubbed, and the hardest fighting movie there is.
