@@satria155 bypass radiator pakai nipple ukuran berapa om. Saya masih pakai radiator cooling/warming nya. Sambil observasi sampai saat ini dengan ditambah cooler temperatur bisa dibawah 100. Sebelumnya 125-135.

@@satria155 flush oil di Mil 80rb pas 100rb kemarin ganti oli dan sekalian pasang cooler, bracket hand made, tanpa air duct, tanpa ext fan, pakai lubang grill saja, before after result saya email ya om, penasaran bedanya dengan bypass radiator spt punya om adit.🙏
@@kurneng saya ada data log dr Bandung ke tangkal pinus (Cikole) sebelum pasang. Nanti Agustus kebetulan mau kesana lagi, jadi bisa saya compare before afternya.
Mungkin om perlu coba pakai air duct, beda punya saya dgn punya om sepertinya hanya airduct dan bypass engine coolant.
Temp CVT saya rumah-kantor PP selalu kisaran 90-100. Setelah pasang baru 1x nyentuh 90deg, itu pun pas macet bgt dari Cirendeu ke Cinere.
Om beli perlengkapan coolernya dimana?

friend, why did you connect the coolant directly, and not through a heat exchanger?
Halo friend, I did a bypass to eliminate the risk of coolant getting into CVT oil chamber from the coolant line that goes in and out heat exchanger.
There are some cases that the line is corroded and leaking inside the heat exchanger.

High temperature after install CVT cooler berapa om?
Klo yg pernah saya test, Jakarta - Bandung, sebelumnya max temp di 111 deg C, setelah pasang max temp di 100 deg C

@@ambargunawan6096 nggak, tapi teman ada juga yg pasang radiator cvt di posisi depan dekat radiator engine. Ada juga yg pakai fan pengganti ducting. Yg penting fungsi nya dapet.

Suhu CVT OIL optimal, tidak terlalu panas seperti sebelumnya.

Apakah dari pendinginan udara aja pas macet2an itu suhunya panas atau ga ?
@Politik_Uhuy mmm...klo yg saya pahami, coolant yang lewat situ (exchanger/ rumah keong) bukan untuk mendinginkan oli CVT, tapi untuk mempercepat menaikan suhu oli CVT ke suhu optimal SAAT mesin dinyalakan awal2. Selanjutnya tidak terlalu diperlukan, kecuali (mungkin) kalau di negara 4 musim yang ada musim dinginnya, agar suhu oli CVT tidak "dingin" (dibawah suhu optimal).
Kalau merefer ke sirkulasi Coolant Water, dia itu kan didinginkan saat lewat radiator engine.
Nah oli CVT ini kita tambahkan/ lewatkan ke cooler (radiator) untuk membantu menjaga suhu optimal oli CVT.
Biar apa? Biar oli awet tidak cepat lewat deteriorate point nya.

Soalnya sering dibicarakan itu oli overheat
@Politik_Uhuy Macet2an, Main RPM tinggi sama nanjak tetep bikin temp naik, tapi dengan adanya cooler ini logikanya pas jalan normal ngebantu nurunin suhu lebih cepat.
Saya juga bukan expert, tapi kalau refer ke manual aplikasi CVTz50:
110 deg Celcius = HOTTER
Deteriorate point naik lebih dari 1 point kalau bacaannya diatas 89 deg C.
Delica saya rata2 main di OK dan HOT, setelah pasang tetap di OK atau HOT, tapi MAX TEMP nya lebih rendah.

@@satria155 Hi! I understand your point to avoid such risk but I think the installation of additional cooler for CVT did not add any benefits since you bypassed the coolant.
@j3rkz2700 the hose that i by-passes is engine coolant line.
While the new hose that goes to CVT radiator is CVT oil line.
