I have today off work so I hit a couple thrift stores this morning and found a black Fenton Wise Owl Decision Maker in perfect condition, for $1.99. They were made between 1969 and 1972. Quite a score for my birthday. 😃
Never give up looking for that Glassy Baby. I finally found my first one today. I was so thrilled when I saw it sitting on a shelf at my local thrift store. It almost jumped off the shelf into my hand. They do have a very unique look about them. It’s the color way Hudson. It changes color under different lighting. Very beautiful. I’ve been looking for one as long as you have…ever since your video telling us how Yvonne introduced them to you. Thank you Jocelyn. They are well worth the wait. ❤
Found the Aromance Aroma Disc Player listed on eBay, a bunch, actually. One sole for $8.99. A 4 pack of the aroma discs sold for $24.99 both in July. That broken Jim Shore would have been a cool upcycle for a thick pillar or jar candle.
If you don’t already, you could keep all the items you buy for different holidays and celebratory days, on labeled shelves. That way when Mothers Day, Flag Day, Fathers Day, Christmas and--roll around everything would be ready to go!
My former mother-in-law was a friend of hers. I absolutely love her work & have quite a few of her pieces, including 2 signed originals & a custom piece she did for my mother-in-law 😊
Our thrift stores suck, especially compared to yours! I can find some odds and ends here, but mostly have to travel to find good stuff. I love to travel tho, but so wish I had a partner in crime. I love thrifting and reselling, but it's just me, so nobody to share my excitement when I find good stuff.
Same in Durango Co. They all stink and the prices will make you laugh out loud. Then when everyone else pays around $15 an hour they pay $12! What a joke.
Glad to see your friend picked up those birds. We saw them earlier in the day and thought they were very pretty! (Just a little too much damage for resale) Thanks for the videos. 😊
Interesting finds at Goodwill shopping today. Always enjoy seeing what you will find. What beautiful glass for your upcoming sales. Please Stay Safe Happy and Healthy Have A Wonderful
This upload time frame must be lovely for you ! I preferred the late night uploads because that’s when I have time to watch and it was fun to see them before I went to bed. This early morning upload means I can’t get to them til way later in the day. It’s all good, just interesting to see how her upload times affect so many different time zones. 😊
@@mamaG4 I live in Denmark and we are 6 hours ahead of PA(east coast of the US) When i first started watching CLL 7/8 years ago she would upload her videos at around 4/5 o'clock my time which was nice because i could watch her video after work and before making dinner. For the past 3 years or so her videos have uploaded at 4/5 in the morning here which meant i didn't have time to watch untill i got home from work. So it was really great to be able to watch during my lunch break🙂
@@rikkemeek1506 I knew you were in Europe but Denmark seems special. I don’t work outside the home but I’m still busy. I homeschool my granddaughter and we just started our new year. Most of the time it’s later at night before I can watch any entertainment. lol. I’m an hour behind PA. I watch when I can and sometimes twice to give more views. Keep up the great comments 😉
I can’t believe the cool stuff you find at your Goodwill. Ours is so small and there isn’t much on the shelves. I always see people dropping off stuff though? Our town isn’t that big though. Great finds!
Fun finds...love the candy dishes! The recycled paper basket is similar to Ten Thousand Villages, but Trader Joes also carried that basket in the past :)
I can tell you here in the midwest, the Fenton animals are a plenty, just that they are asking $80-$100 a piece. I go to a lot of flea markets in Illinois and lower Wisconsin.
Hi Jocelyn 👋 I have been watching you for a very long time. I have learned a lot and have picked up a few pieces here and there. However I yet tried to sell just don't know how to go about it 😔
I was just wondering, that Amber jar that Jocelyn said was a candy dish, it looks an awful lot like Viking or LE Smith. Does anybody know if it is a part of Viking or LES canister set? I have that exact piece in green, and I always thought it was Viking.
I have one Buckley Moss print. It’s entitled “Our Four on a Bench”. Three girls and one boy sitting in a lovely pose. That’s my “real” 4. Three daughters and one son. Otherwise her art is not my style. Back in those days I preferred Charles Wysocki type art.
@@Jane_Dow maybe say your trying to add info for those who don’t know rather than making it look like CLL doesn’t know. It was clear that CLL knew what they were
Are you offering the glass candlesticks for sale? I remember my mom having something very similar, would love to buy, just not sure what platform you would be selling them on.
Im from Idaho and I wish our goodwill looked like these goodwills she goes to all the time , ours looks nothing like these goodwills , there is never any good stuff on the shelves , now our savers is exactly like these goodwills lol I find great and amazing stuff at savers I even found a glassy baby but didn't know it was lol 😂
There are several videos up about her new space and she has been doing her live sales from there for awhile. Scroll back through her videos and watch. That should provide you with all YOU need.
I had an aroma disk player back in the early 80's. They were pretty popular. They didn't hold up well and certainly were a bit over powering. Nice nostalgic moment though. Thanks
At one time it was endangered women that were making things to earn money. One store near me called the treasurer chest sold things made around the world. Then hobby lobby started having dupes. 😢
Wow on those P Buckley Moss signed prints Yes ago my mom collected them As gifts we bought her signed framed prints for special occasions and spent lots of money I guess they have lost their value

Holy smokes! I had to google that - nice score!
Happy Birthday!! 🎉
I have one too!! Does yours have the “decision choices” sticker? Mine is missing but I made one! Mine is milk glass
@@maryd2768 Yes! The sticker is still on it, and it’s the black glass version.
I found a metal flower at good will for 4.67. Under the sticker was a signature. I contacted the artist he said it is worth $145!
With all the candy dishes you purchased, you should have a “candy is dandy” sale 😂

Etsy has one for $22

Those pictures were great. Those would have been a home run and totally worth getting back in line for. What a bummer!
P. Buckley Moss originates from where I live. The artist recently passed at the age of 91. Some of her signed originals are very valuable :)
My former mother-in-law was a friend of hers. I absolutely love her work & have quite a few of her pieces, including 2 signed originals & a custom piece she did for my mother-in-law 😊
That Wilton is a butter dish. The edge is where the missing knife sits.
I was just going to say the same thing…you can see where the knife goes….
I was going to too! 😉
Nobody likes drivin' around with their car smelling like seduction! 😂 Hahaha!

The stores in my area are all clothes and broken electronics
The chess pieces are copies of the Lewis chess set from the Isle of Lewis in Scotland. The original chess set is in the British Museum in London.
Your new shop is so bright! Really nice to show off the beauty of everything, especially the glass!
You have so many beautiful glass pieces,at your shop❤I love the vase with peacocks on it❤
Who was with you when you first started shopping hun? ❤❤❤your your videos hun.
😂😂 THAT was Soo funny"it still stinks"😂😂
Glad to see your friend picked up those birds. We saw them earlier in the day and thought they were very pretty! (Just a little too much damage for resale) Thanks for the videos. 😊
Love how you find the deals.
Just love all that glass you bought. I think the pheasant is more green than teal.

The peacock vase looked more like emerald green than teal... and the Carnival cat dish is so sweet! Looking forward to the Fenton extravaganza! ❤
Saw that Aroma disc player on eBay for 12.00 good thing you put it back.
No one can say you only show glass after that aroma player! 😂 great finds today!
Beautiful framed quilt piece!!
Your shop is gorgeous!
The new space is nice. When do you open the Antiques shop?
Love the plum opalescent!!
Such a steal for that Indy Glass Grape and Cable/Harvest at 1:55!
Aroma disc player from the 80’s! Fun times! 😂
I remember them! I wanted one back in the day - would have scooped that one up! 😄
I think it's so cool you have your own shop 😊😊
I have brought pewter back to its glory with the help of the appropriate buffer attachment for electric drill.
Love those home runs!!
Nice finds as always
I think this is the earliest you have ever uploaded😄 I love it just in time for lunch.

Very interesting trip. That scent disk player was weird, great stuff.
My nose does not like candles, perfume or any kind of aroma type things. But that was really unique!
Dont know how well it would do, bu you could do a whole candy dish sale.😊
Dag nab it glassy baby- foiled again.
Great video and finds. Loved the basket. 😊
My eyes see green!❤
I love the Santa stuff
The new space is wonderful. So cozy. Good job,!!!(!!
I love your videos when you shop at the Thrift stores
That ceramic black with red is vintage 1980’s
Never heard of a aroma disc player either. Wild find.
11:41, I do really well with pieces similar, anything Aztec, Peru, Mayan.
I can tell you here in the midwest, the Fenton animals are a plenty, just that they are asking $80-$100 a piece. I go to a lot of flea markets in Illinois and lower Wisconsin.
I hope you bought that epic lamp!
I had an aroma disc player 😂😂😂. They were the thing in the 80’s
11:33 were the 2 corners broken and glued?
I was thinking that to. It looks like both corners where cracked.
I wish I had some nice Goodwills like you go to, mine here mere me have junky brick-brackets and charges a lot for it.

Those newspaper baskets are from Whole Foods Grocery Stores. @3.99
Can’t believe you left Pat Buckley Moss!
Those are Not vases ( Frame 10:27 ). They are marked O & V, I believe they are to hold Oil & Vinegar bottles !
She doesn't say they are vases. She knows they are oil and vinegar.
@@rikkemeek1506 Thanks, but I know she knows her stuff, but not everyone does.

That aroma fragrance player had me laughing. We had one back in the 80's. I'm really surprised one is still around.
I love Jim shore! And do u ever pick up Hummel? I would love to buy ty
Those majolica zombie children look elfin.

Hi . Enjoying you videos love coming with you. Thank you from the both of us.ukxx
You haven’t said much about the new space since you moved in. How is that going? We need a tour now that it’s up and running.

Febreze had an aroma disk player back in the 90's/2000s but it didn't last long.
Love from Michigan❤😊
I love your videos Jocelyn!👍🙂
Ok I was literally dying laughing out loud on the aroma seduction part😆😆😆
I found it, the aroma disc player goes for about $20, from 1987.
P. Buckley Moss is highly collectible! She just died within the last month, too. I think that was a miss. I collect her art.
I have several that aren’t moving. 😅
LOL - the Haeger was the only thing I liked...
I just found several aroma disc players on eBay going for around $20, so not worth your car smelling like seduction. Hahaha!
Well, if candy dishes sell ❤😂
How about your booth or shop for the beautiful pottery fern lamp?
Some Buckley Moss prints can go for hundreds of dollars!!
I so wanted the aroma disk (I had one in the 80’s) and the pot holders. 😔
🎉 love the videos . Yay first to comment
My 1st time in 4 yrs watching 😊🎉
At one time it was endangered women that were making things to earn money. One store near me called the treasurer chest sold things made around the world.

Still holding out hope for a textiles sale 😊

Where and how do you store everything that you buy?
She tries to resell it very soon after she buys it. Maybe watch some older videos. She doesn’t “store” stuff. She sells it.
Lots of aroma disk players on EBay
Fragrance records? How would your birds fair? Glad you're leaving them!
Hi Jocelyn, love from Tasmania ❤
Aroma disc player is going for $16-22.
I had an aroma disc player back in the day !
The Christmas mugs are Pfaltzgraff
Found the aroma player. Vintage from 1986.
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grapekids look like Gollums
I think you are meant to fill the glass candles with lamp oil.
Good morning
