Lt_T anything with a barrel is a gun technically I.e. paint gun, tattoo gun, sand blasting gun, smoke gun, a gun isn't used for destruction. some hunters and trappers lively hood depends on a firearm (gun) when it falls into the hands of people with I'll intent only then does it become a tool of destruction but even still a gun as a means of self defense is a destructive but necessary tool. I really dislike it when people think like you. oh you shouldn't call that a knife they are used to kill. well here we go again a putty knife is used to fix dry wall and such. I could do this all day. let people used the words they want to describe things and you stay in your safe space.

my favorite uncle has hepatitis c, and a and b. he was in in the army around the cold war. he was stationed in China. they were doing lots of herion and sharing needles. he's 65 right now and has cirrhosis, he takes that same medicine, harvoni, it's like 125 dollars a pill, but has saved his life for 40 plus years. good luck to you and your health.

It would be extremely difficult to get hired being a felon. My brother (RIP) tried to become a tattoo artist after he got out. Couldn't find anywhere to work besides some shitty warehouse.

@@Legitpenguins99 yeah them felony convictions don't help. Well I guess it all depends on what state you live in and what line of work you're looking for. In some states it's a lot harder to get work as a convicted felon where in others it almost doesn't even come into the equation. And again it all depends on what kind of work you're looking for. You're not going to be able to work with kids or in a school district, even as a janitor, or anything like that. You should however be able to get any type of sales position still as well as any labor job.

This is the kind of content after prison show needs to bring back, this was when it was the most entertaining 100%, I like that joe is trying to help people, but this is the content that got people really excited to subscribe to and want to watch this channel, maybe do something like this one day and helping people the next day, mix it up a little but keep doing what made the channel get to the top rather than jumping all over the place from moving company to storage lockers to whatever, prison is in the channels name so keep some prison content in the production is all I'm saying.
Everything talked about is so true. I just got done serving 3 years and on my way back whenever they actually get lucky and catch me. I get away quite often cause I'm fast and always a step ahead lol. Love this show!

Tape players worked SO well for me, all you need is that small circle rotation to bring the needle up and down a tiny amount. The one I used had such a shallow needle that just moved up and down less than a mm. you could press all the way down and it was just barely deep enough to work, no scaring and you could load the suit ink right into the pen creating a seal with the skin and ink, so it more like drawing on the skin with a pen, then you could cut the ink and blood shade with the exact shade of ink consistently. Much easier than real tattoo guns.

hey man, ive been a longtime subscriber and i love your channel! i was bored today and i came back and re watched this video and i actually made my own! im a shit artist, but my girlfriend is pretty amazing at drawing so i let her use it, but she has 0 tattoo experience, other then receiving a couple. She sat down for about 45 minutes and put out a couple good little tattoo on a grapefruit lol. after she practices a little more im gonna let her do a tiny piece on my thigh so she knows what its like to tattoo another person! she has fallen in love with tattooing. she cant stop talking about it and she cant wait until she can afford to get her own real machine! we've always loved tattoos, but thanks to you, youve made us realize that anybody can do it! we both love your channel, cant wait to see what other videos you put and we hope you make it big!

How did correctional officers deal with it if they saw an inmate with new tattoos? Would they question prisoners on who was doing tattoos? And would the prisoners with tattoos get punishment?

I've always wondered that! Because when you go through intake they do a body check and take not of all your tattoos and scars.
FlyingOverTr0ut you just hide them from them you get sweat shirts and you just hide it until it doesn't look new but if you get caught you get an infraction and a little punishment

As a C/O at my facility getting a tattoo and having a tattoo gun are both class 1 charges (possession of dangerous contraband) which can land you in the hole. place you on non-bond. raise your points (to a higher sec. lvl) and class 1 tickets can affect parole. How I deal with it depends on the Inmate. I have a ton of tattoos myself and they are easy for me to spot because of this. If they don't bother me I tell them to put a long sleeve shirt on. If they annoy me well then I right the ticket. Or depending on the events of prison (excessive fighting or stabbings etc., etc.) I tell them hey I won't write the ticket if I happen to find a shank in the porter closet at such and such a time (it's a common area and is under nobody's area of control).......If they can spend money on ink they can spend money on a skank!.!.!..... They don't get a ticket I get a weapon out of the prison everyone is safer, both staff and the population it's a win win.
