Road Trip America: Coffee On the Lincoln Highway

- Come along on a caffeinated Lincoln Highway adventure! We're hitting the road to three of the best - and most unique - coffee shops in Pennsylvania, all while exploring the tradition of roadside attractions along historic Rt. 30. It's one big state-wide journey, so grab a travel mug and let's take some detours!
It all starts in Bedford, PA where we visit the massive "Koontz Coffee Pot", a photogenic road trip stop that's been fascinating travelers since 1927! Then, away we go for some real (and much smaller) coffee! In Pittsburgh we dive into the world of pinball at Kickback Pinball Cafe, where coffee and the thrills of the arcade collide. Then in Lancaster we visit Square One Coffee Roasters where we get an up-close look at their roasting process and enjoy a "cupping" tasting session. Finally, in Philadelphia, we drop in to Ray's Cafe & Tea House to try out some coffee brewed with a siphon.

Seeing the pinball machines brought back a lot of memories. I used to repair pinball machines as a part time job in the Navy in Asmara Eritrea Ethiopia. We even had a pinball machine in our basement while the children were very young. Keep up the good work on the videos. We enjoy them all.
Whoa! I can't even imagine fixing one of those machines, there's so much happening inside them! We're always drawn to the classics at arcades like this because of how they stretch back through history into so many different people's memories like that; love thinking about the places they might have been before.
