Laura was amazing as always! Also, big congrats to Susan for her first ever worldchampionship medal and to Kaisa for her first podium in Hochfilzen this year! All in all a really exciting race 😍
If Kaisa could shoot better she'd win everything, she's so fast on the skis. Be interesting to see how she does as the cross country world cup.
To davidzof: But look at mass start women wm Oslo 2016: Kaisa and Laura shot both 19 out of 20. Laura won silver, Kaisa bronze.
davidzof Kaisa is not that dominant on the tracks anymore. Laura & Gabriela are really fast as well, but both of them shoot better than Kaisa and that is the reason why these two are more successful! Kaisa can't miss more than two targets if she wants to be on the podium - one miss would be even better! But still, Kaisa is a biathlon legend, just like Laura & Gabriela. All of them are really successful and deserve their victories! Kaisa was the best a couple years ago. Last year, Gabriela was the best and this year Laura. You never know what will happen next season. Especially the womens field is really tight and many of them can win...
ali biath But it was so close back then. Laura had better skis in Oslo, but the reason why she took silver was probably her amazing finish. I would even say that none of the athletes out there can beat Laura in a sprint in the last 50/100 meters!
+Queen Delevingne Kaisa is very slow in shooting range. That is one reason why she may lose with same penalties. If Kaisa's shooting was as fast as Wierer has, she might be in podium with two penalties in sprint for examble. Also most of the tracks are too easy for her. Oberhof had big upphills and then Kaisa was in the second place in sprint with two penalties.

Laura is just too good, perfect shoot and very fast on the skis, congratulation at her ! i feel a little sad for Marie Dorin Habert, she wanted so much get one medal during those championnships and she did a good race on the shooting range today but it was a very high level race today
Timothé Michel I agree with you. Marie would have deserved a medal. Gold was impossible - Laura was just a different level today, but Marie's shooting was great. Just too many good shooters in this race! Maybe next year in Korea 💟

Great race by Dahlmeier. Kudos to Dunklee for her great effort. Dahlmeier continues to be missed after her retirement at a young age. Let us hope we get a full season this year with fans in the stands and all over the course. Women's biathlon is great.
She shouldn't have retired that early... Lucky rest of the field currently active
@@djordjenikolic9059 yes it's a shame Dahlmeier and Koukalova retired along with Makarainen but we have Weirer who i hope has another good year in 2020-2021
@@dougraddi908 yess I hope she'll have another great season... if her shooting is constantly on a high level during season than nobody can beat her. They have to shoot as good as Dorothea if they want to have a chance. You can't win the overall only thanks to fast skiing (Tiril is example)

What a race!! Congrats to the medal winners and i really felt for Dorin Habert not getting on the podium.. she did very well and wanted to get a medal but, just wasn't meant to be. I miss you Marie.. i hope you and your family are safe and well. Dahlmeier, Koukalova, Makarainen and Dorin Habert should come out of retirement for one season, anybody agree?

Evgeni Ivanov Wow, don't be so rude! Gabi is everything, but not fat! Compared to Kaisa or Laura, it maybe looks like that sometimes, but Gabis weight is just 62 kilos. Laura & Kaisa are just about 50 kilos
