When i got my n70 Hilux I did AC Regas, new condenser and changed the cabin filter wow it was useless years and 6ears of bugs, leaves dust etc . Once changed AC was so much better plus gave us clean air as I’m asthmatic

I change at least once a year n clean it with air compressor every change of season

i got 2006 hilux removed glove box but there no cabin filter cover just a blank plate that cant be removed

worked it out on the early 06 hilux there a provision that needs cutting out then u can add a filter then u need to purchase a cover nice one toyota
