I’ve really only used Leca in any meaningful way. I do like the idea of larger air pockets with the Leca but I can’t really judge seeing as I haven’t used pon! I have used fluval stratum and really liked it, just very $$!
I purchased a 3 leaf 2 node syngonium albo at The Flower Farm in Gardner, Ks (just outside Kansas City) in 2020 and now I have it practically growing out of my ears. The plant grows like a weed! Enjoy 😊 Edit: Nora is so stinking cute 🥰
Have you ever tried lechuza pon as a soil alternative? My local nursery just got some and I tried it last week and I’m super excited about it! Could be a fun experiment video.
I’ve had plants come to me in pon but have never used it myself! That would make for a very interesting experiment and hopefully something we can do in the near future!
Hello from Ontario. Just started to watch your volg. Third time i believe. How do you keep your plants alive outside?. Isnt it to cold there for them. Where are you from?.
I have an electric garage heater I use for my main source of heating. When it gets extremely cold, like it is right now (temps below about 10 F) I also use a propane heater. It’s not the most efficient but it’s the best I have for now! Keeps it nice and toasty in there.
