For USB you can use any USB to Serial Adopter. But to access Master K PLC you need to Attached RS232 cross cable. Connections of cross cable mentioned in User Manual of Master K 120. You can make this cable by yourself or can get it from any electronics shop.
For USB to serial Adopter sometimes you need drivers for installation.
