i m making same cable as shown and using a serial to usb converter but it is not working showing an error. error code 2=31 cannot open communication port any help??

This is only serial port cable not use this connection for usb converter

Bro plz use window xp for this plc software (KGL WIN) and also use or buy usb to serial port converter
