I love that you're going into the MVs basically blind and intuiting the concepts really well. PUMA is inspired by a true story of a puma in a zoo in Korea that escaped her enclosure because someone left the door open. She had been in captivity for 8 years and was shot by police after 4 hours of freedom, which is heartbreaking. As in the lyrics, she didn't ask for the door to be opened, but she took her chance, and she didn't even get out of the zoo itself, just her enclosure. But the other meaning you also noticed was the allusion to the life of an idol. Basically TXT were the pumas in their enclosure (predebut), yearning for freedom (debut), and totally unprepared for the cruelty of the world (the industry) when they did become free. The huge backlash they got when they debuted, all the criticisms and abuse they were getting, just the daily work pressure too. They were excited to start their careers but also afraid of the hate they were getting, and feeling that pressure. The guns levelled at them was like the target on them from antis as soon as they debuted, waiting for them to fail. It ties in really nicely with a b side from a later album called Balance Game (Korean title: What If I Had Been That Puma) where they talk about if they were faced with the same choice, freedom and risk, or stay in the cage, which would they choose.
I love that I as a MOA of multiple years can watch your TXT reactions and still after all these years get new interpretations and opinions on their songs! Thank you, I really enjoy hearing your thoughts on them! :)

It was also mentioned there about a voice (demon) outside the window that asks to be tempted As we see, Taehyung succumbed to this voice and Beomgyu tried to save him (?) 29:23 there’s a gay/queer member in the lore…but it’s not either Soobin nor Yeonjun, it’s Beomgyu, this is why he’s with the red light/filter, because he’s the “impostor” of the group, everything else you said was right tho (he’s love interest is Taehyun and he’s also envious of him because Taehyun is the game master, he knows what’s gonna happen, but because he knows he can’t say it to anybody, but Beomgyu wants to know if there’s could be something between them or not, so this is why he blocks Taehyun under the sheets)
I laughed the whole time seeing you trying to understand Puma's song, Puma is a very different song and not related to their storyline at all. The song talks about a true story that happened in Korea, which is a puma escaping from the zoo, Beomgyu says “West Side, East Side, didn’t know where to go.” The puma did not know where to go after escaped from the zoo. Beomgyu also says “They came, catch my back” When people knew that the puma had escaped, they went to look for her, and then Yeonjun said, “All I hear is bang bang bang” When people found the puma, they shot her because they couldn’t catch her and bring her back to the zoo. Then Taehyun says, “I feel happy somehow I’ve never felt like this before facing freedom for the first time now” He’s talking about how the puma felt and how she felt free after death and she would rather die than stay in a cage in a zoo. Yeonjun says in his rap, “Thousand of eyes get on the Internet.” When this incident happened in Korea, it spread widely on the Internet.
