    My latest thought experiment is that the universe is a brain/mind and the galaxies are neurons. We are the thoughts. Or it could be each galaxy is a mind, solar systems are neurons and we are thoughts. Or some variation of both.

      A fascinating analogy! The universe really is like an inconceivably large neural network. Thanks for sharing.

    If the consciousness is the foundation of reality and the existence then why the reality is so vague!!?

      Great question. There's clearly still so much for us to learn.

    This is Reality as I see it;
    1) All that exists is One Consciousness/Mind ('God' if you like...).
    Beyond this not anything else exists.
    2) We are all unique momentary Perspectives (Souls) comprising the One Consciousness.
    3) That which we, collectively, 'perceive/reflect' (are Conscious of) is Mind/Memory/concepts (the little bit before us at the moment).
    "God cannot know himself but by me!" - Meister Eckhart

      Such a well-articulated perspective-thank you for sharing. It reminds me of The Kybalion: ‘The All is Mind; the Universe is Mental.’ I do believe we’re all sparks of the Universal Consciousness experiencing itself. I must look into more of Meister Eckhart’s work-his ideas sound fascinating.

      @@innervisionodyssey I actually think that Eckhart was talking from experience, actually Saved/Enlightened/Mystic! So many just repeat what they have heard/read.
      I seem to have an inbuilt Occam's Razor app. I naturally home in on the Center and leave everything unnecessary on the cutting room floor.
      Sometimes that rabbit hole is deep! ;)

      @@nameless-yd6ko There is no doubt that Eckhart was speaking from experience. Much of his work upsets many orthodox Christians, simply because he tells us to go to 'God' directly - ie no church, or teaching is necessary. In fact, such things will prevent us 'getting there'. 'Those who seek the Ways of God, find the Ways but lose God,'.
      In Silence, everything is revealed.
      You do need to be a bit careful when it comes to what Eckhart meant by 'God'. He sees 'God' very much as a man made image. Hence, his saying, 'I pray, God, save me from God.'. Although a necessary experience, 'God' is the beginning of the transcendent, there is that which is beyond 'God' - there is the 'Godhead' - the very source of everything. But of this we can say nothing.

      @@SolveEtCoagula93 His use of God is the same as mine. Truth is One. In Heaven, there is only God/One Consciousness/Mind, One.
      There is not anything beyond 'God'. No logic, no science, no experience presents evidence.
      If your 'Godhead' is the ALL-inclusive One non-dual Singularity, then we are talking of the same thing with different terminology.
      And if you re-read my post, you will see that there is no "source of everything" because there is no everything! ;)

      ~~~ Yeah, no one likes to lose power. And those in power know that they are not Saved.
    It's indisputable that we are made of star stuff constantly cycling star stuff until we die and blend back in to the universe where we reside in some form eternally. Pan psychism seems to align very well with these facts. Don't think great aunt Joan is waiting to greet me at the end of the light tunnel
      Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Mick. Panpsychism certainly offers a compelling way to frame our eternal connection to the universe.
    We are all part and parcel of the Supreme, according to the Bhagavad-Gita. Pieces of God, as unto the cells or molecules of a body.
    • @innervisionodyssey
      @innervisionodyssey  22 วันที่ผ่านมา
      Well said. We really are 'cells' in a universal body.
