@@niclap2023if you only got these 4 exercises to do. How do you make your routine then? Do you just do 2 full body workouts every week? Or how do you do it, cause I’m doing normal calisthenics right now and I just do push pull legs
@@VeranixYT great question man! There is more exercise that I do. The exercises show cased in this video is what my workouts are based upon. Most often then not, they are the central pillar of my workouts (compound movements) I then complete my workout with isolation exercices to round everything up 💁
I love weighted push ups bro but a 20kg vest doesnt do much, then i add a 60kg backpack and it becomes impossible to have that much weighted hanging from a backpack but dips is so satisfying
@jamesNotTaken You could. anything is possible if you are creative enough. But I strongly recommend maximising only one of the 2 at the same time so you don't unbalance yourself with multiple weights everywhere 😎
@fartexboy4225 I don't have the full picture of your body (if you want your free physique analysis though, click here: bit.ly/Skinnytostrong), but what I would suggest for both of them is once you are done with your weighted movement, do another 4 sets of BW. That way your muscles will get worked as HELL from THE exercise you want to improve. Basically, do more dips, and more pull ups ;)
@@niclap2023 sure, when i get low i almost cant get up again. And my stability isnt very well. I am also tall. 6.3 i dont know if that has anything to do with it. Maybe you have some tips ✨
@@Prosperr85 Your length definitely adds a difficulty because your gravity center is more unstable and you might be heavier for your lower limbs. Nevertheless, one tip I can give you from the get go is with your vision, focus on a single point, that will make everything more stable. Then, when you are at the bottom, maybe you lack strength or flexibility, but you should do them while hanging or supporting onto something to help you push back up until you get good enough to them without. Also, if its flexibility, than make sure to stretch your quads and hamstrings. Give me some news man! 😁

@jerryreuss Great question, Jerry! I'm not quite there yet with one-arm pullups - they're a super advanced move. Would you love a video of me learning them so you can do them too in the near future though 👀
Nice video, I really enjoyed watching and the information was straight to the point :)
@benjipal Thank you very much man, that's really appreciated 🙌

Weighted chin ups vs weighted pull ups what’s better?
@abdibakr1959 Weighted chin ups for forearms, biceps and wrists
Weighted pull ups of lats, traps and some biceps
@@niclap2023does weighted pull up also train forearm?
Alternate each time
Do 3 sets of each lmao

@theotht get a sibling on your back for push ups, and for dips, damn right it is 👏
for weighted calisthenics, to maximise more weights can you use a weight belt and a backpack at the same time?

Most a-hole reason to doing calisthenics imo
@gnocchi_ The initial reason 10 years ago was to get stronger :')

How many sets of how many reps? To build muscle?
@collin-fr2jc It depends, but I generally speaking, I love going for 4 sets and go under 10 reps to build muscle.
For me pistol squats is the most difficult exercise there is. It is extremely hard
@TheJuize85 why is it hard for you, can you give me more info? 👀
