Aw, I am glad you liked Paolo so much. He's just done a few shows here in Scotland, I think 4 nights or something like that, all of them sold out. All of them about 16.000 people. He's our national treasure. If you want to get blown away like this, I highly recommend checking out a Faroese singer/songwriter called Eivor and her live version of her song "Falling Free" (live at the old theatre in Torshavn).
Paolo wrote iron sky the year Scotland had a referendum 2014. It's about the uk government putting fear into Scots to vote for their independence! "You,can have love over hate". "You, the people, have the power to make this life. Free and beautiful"!!
@samuelalexander558 ye agree with that. Saying their spoon feeding the blind. Those in charge dictating what we believe in. But no1 can give you the power to rise over fear.
I definitely recommend a deep dive into Paulo's music he is a super talented singer song writer. He has made some amazing songs. Let Me Down Easy is one of my favs.
@@Malialouise definitely seeing him again in December can’t wait always a great show as a Scot when he sings Caledonian ohhh chills well worth it and he’s so down to earth still hangs about Paisley 😂
This is a song and presentation that I won't forget. His voice, the words he's singing and the musicians backing him up sets the tone for the song. Thanks for selection.
Yeah, that was a good one. That raspy voice and the almost impossibly high backing vocals (true angels), with the guitars and horn section. Just fab. Look forward to seeing you react to some of Paulo's new work. Keep up the good work
If there was one song in the world that I could hear again for the first time, it would be this one! Paolo’s amazing vocals, the backing vocals, the musicianship…it’s powerful perfection! ❤
This song is pure magic and I love this session! Thank you for reacting. In my opinion Paolo has one of the best voices of our time. Brilliant, also the lyrics. And the background singers here! Wow! Greetings from Potsdam, Germany!
Hello Anna, greetings to you in awesome Germany 😎 🤟🏼 Paolo is an amazing talented dude that we can't wait to explore more on the show! Cheers from Dallas 😎
This song was just before the Scottish referendum on independence. It includes the line mass confusion sponged to the blind and that’s exactly what the British media did to stop the Scot’s from voting yes to independence
This is one of those very rare #Transcendent live captures. There is *nothing* about this that I don't like. Always nice to see someone aware of the super weighty Charlie Chaplin Great Dictator speech btw- kudos! :)
Check out his performance at Trnsmt festival in Glasgow in July - I was there and seeing him again in December - even better live if that’s possible - one of his new songs - Everywhere is phenomenal live. He still works with most of that band. - the guy on the sax is Gavin Fitzjohn - a multi-instrumentalist - and he co-produced his latest album which again is phenomenal - Midnight in the Bittersweet - you can tell I’m a huge fan 😊
Thank you for the reaction! I have to say I feel extremely priviledged having discovered Paolo on his first album and following his craft, seeing him evolve into the master he is now. I would suggest you check out 'Through the Echoes' from his latest album. Also, there are many fantastic songs of his, but his performance of 'No Other Way' on Leon Loft is a must-hear. A true artist, one of a kind. th-cam.com/video/xdZlUtE699c/w-d-xo.html
Curious to know what you listened to without reacting? I’ll give another bite to Through the Echos from Live in the Bittersweet. Of his older stuff: the songs others mentioned here: let Me Down Easy and Last Request. Also: Candy I don’t know how much input his band members gave. The bass, guitarist and keyboard have been with him from the start.
Checkout this band if you like that guitar. Irish band touring the states soon. Go guys you will love them.theyre called And So I Watch You From Afar. ASIWYFA. My face track is ‘I’ll Share A Life’.
He has a voice.

Thx Chris 😎 Paolo very unique talent ✌🏼
Paolo wrote iron sky the year Scotland had a referendum 2014.
It's about the uk government putting fear into Scots to vote for their independence!
"You,can have love over hate".
"You, the people, have the power to make this life. Free and beautiful"!!
I heard different. It's about technology taking over from mankind. As Paolo said even the self service check outs as an example.
@samuelalexander558 ye agree with that. Saying their spoon feeding the blind. Those in charge dictating what we believe in. But no1 can give you the power to rise over fear.
That’s what I heard too, we are proud individuals! And screaming “freedom”
Paolo is amazing. Uniquely talented. All his stuff is great.
I definitely recommend a deep dive into Paulo's music he is a super talented singer song writer. He has made some amazing songs. Let Me Down Easy is one of my favs.
😎 Can't wait to hear more for sure
Yes please dive in! My favourite is this one of course and autumn leaves

good choice, paolo is great and it is good to see him back
One of my favourite Scottish artist 🏴
🇺🇸 ❤️ 🏴 ✌🏼
Paolo Nutini is a really great musician. My favourite song of him is Last request, so soulful! I also love his Indie side, for example New shoes. ❤
Love it. That dad is dancing a wee bit
Listen to Paolo Nutini "No Other Way" live at the Leon Loft. Another beauty.
This song was just before the Scottish referendum on independence. It includes the line mass confusion sponged to the blind and that’s exactly what the British media did to stop the Scot’s from voting yes to independence
Paolo is a class act, you should listen to his song Through the Echoes from his new album.
I prefer this live session to the album version. There’s a similar live session (acoustic) of Scream which sounds so good
This is one of those very rare #Transcendent live captures. There is *nothing* about this that I don't like.

Thank You 😎 Charlie Chaplin had quite a life an influence on so many artist, obviously including today, fab to see
Fun fact Adele was in the studio watching him sing this and was blown away
I loved this reaction 🙏🏼 thank you. I’d recommend through the echoes, the newest song off his new album or last request
Thx Lucy 😎 We look forward to more Paolo tunes on the show 😎✌🏼
He has some pipes and some soul, my first time hearing Paolo, not bad at all. Old skool meets modern production!
Paolo definitely has pipes 😎 He's legit and can't wait to hear more 🤟🏼
Nice reaction. This is one of my two favorite performances along with Shoshana's live performance of Make it Rain LIVE at the Theatre at Ace Hotel.

Adele was recording in the studio that day and sat in the booth during this performance and she said it was the best live recording she’d ever heard
