So Authority are just a copy of Shallow Vernal's power meaning that Shallow Vernal herself has trascended all the concepts, platonic concepts, principal, rules, laws etc… in existence. So when SCP 3812 and Shallow Vernal uses the same ability, Shallow Vernal's power will always come out on top among the two. This is just to show that no manner of conceptual abilities of any kind will be working on Shallow Vernal.
Now to talk about Shallow Vernal's power that will allow her to stomp Akuto Sai
To start of with, Shallow Vernal is neither a god nor a person but rather a phenomena or system that suddenly got consciousness and ego:
And the phenomenon which gave birth to Shallow Vernal is the Epilogue. As we all know what epilogue is from the dictionary: We can see that Epilogue is the final act or event either in a book or play. Well, Shallow Vernal is this Epilogue in a literal form which is why she always stands at the end of everything
So to explain, Shallow Vernal being the Epilogue is always at the end. No matter how many stack of Universes, narratives or whatever you bring, she will always be at the end of all those things as she is their Epilogue. So Akuto trascending stacks of narrative means absolutely nothing before Shallow Vernal who stands at the end of everything. SCP 3812 can never reach Shallow Vernal because she is literally the end of everything.
And this Epilogue allows Shallow Vernal to end everything in existence:
This is why the creators of the worlds did everything in their power to eliminate this being the moment it appeared in their world.
However, the beings that should have killed it, the beings that should have sealed it, the beings that should have created an ability to protect them from this being’s power, the beings that should have erased it from existing with the law of causality, and the beings that should have run from it… All of them were brought to their ends.
And then, when the number of worlds that ended exceeded 10000… This being became the object of despair that the creator of worlds feared.
It’s not that their attacks won’t connect… but even when they connect, all of it is meaningless.
It’s not that they can’t run away… but running away is meaningless.
It’s not that they can’t kill or seal it… but all of that is meaningless.
As soon as that being appeared, the story of their world has already entered its final chapter. That’s why, no matter how hard they tried, they met their ends
It was unknown when, where or who started calling it with that name, nor which world’s language was used to call her with such a name, but what they do know is that… at some point, that being came to be known as “Destruction God of the Apocalypse, Shallow Vernal”.
And that she held the ultimate power to bring an end to everything, “Epilogue”…
As this scan explains, literally nothing can resist Shallow Vernal Epilogue. And for people who will say that anyone who has plot manipulation immunity won't be affected, well Shallow Vernal can still end those who has plot manipulation immunity to her Epilogue:
Until a few moments ago, it was impossible for Kuromueina to instantly teleport between worlds and dimensions. However, Kuromueina can now do such a feat.
“The power to change the impossible into the possible”… That is the Prologue: The Beginning of the Story. The power she possessed because she had raised many baby birds, standing at the beginning of many people’s stories.
With this power, Kuromueina gained the ability of instantaneous teleportation, allowing her to arrive at Shallow Vernal’s side. In this situation, the advantage would be held by Kuromueina, who has better direct combat abilities.
However, even if that’s so, she was unable to truly defeat Shallow Vernal. With the two powers Shallow Vernal held, Epilogue and The Last Story, truly defeating her was out of the question to begin with.
Even if Kuromueina used her power of Prologue makes it possible for her to block the unblockable Epilogue…
Kuromueina would only end up as “a being who made it possible to to block the Epilogue”… Her power… rather than fighting against it, it wouldn’t even be able to compare with it.
Not a single person or thing can resist their end. No matter what means they use, no matter what ability they have… Unless all stories end, the end for the being called Shallow Vernal wouldn’t arrive.
So Akuto Sai will be ended by her Epilogue and this is fact.
Her Epilogue was explained that it can end literally everything because everything are stories to Shallow Vernal and holds no meaning. It was explained that no matter the power of a character, they all hold no meaning before Shallow Vernal, And the rang of Epilogue is not limited to anything
Shallow Vernal herself can be compared to others but the Epilogue itself can not. It is beyond all manner of existence, all manner of dimensions and just above everything. It is not limited to anything and can end anyone or anything no matter the size, number location or dimension meaning that the Epilogue is Omnipresence.
So from all I read about Akuto's powers, nothing I saw gives me the impression that he can survive the Epilogue of Shallow Vernal as even beings who has the power to transcend the epilogue were still ended.
Shallow Vernal also can't die. She is the Last Story so to speak. As everything no matter the dimensional scaling or power is literally a story to her and she being the reader of said story:
[Well then, what do you think would happen if there was a being that had completely obliterated Shallow Vernal's very being at the beginning of their encounter, without giving her a chance to use her abilities?]
[……"She would end the story of this being that has completely obliterated Shallow Vernal-sama"?]
[Yes, that's right. It may seem contradictory, but that will definitely happen. The moment Shallow Vernal appears is the Epilogue. No matter how long you stretch your story out, it will end someday. She is the phenomenon that brings the end itself. When the book is closed, the story comes to an end. When the curtain is pulled down, the stage is over…… You may go back to the start again, but it will be the reader who decides whether your story is opened again. If we are to be compared to the characters of a story…… She would be the reader.]
Shallow Vernal will never die so long as any story still existed. She is the last story and if a single story still existed like Sai Akuto in this case, then he will be part of the reason why Shallow Vernal will never die.
So Shallow Vernal dying for whatever reason is impossible to begin with and even if something out of the blue were to happen to Shallow Vernal, the Epilogue being a system of its own can still function without Shallow Vernal
These reasons are why even her own author admitted that there was virtually no way of beating Shallow Vernal in a fight.
