It has been published in a PubMed indexed journal and I am the second author in it. Also, the case report is the field of cardiology. Will that be relevant to my CV for entering IMT training? I saw a video about uk graduates being placed in reserve lists and having to wait for the goverment to open more slots because there are not enough places for fy1 doctors ( meaning that junior doctors are oversaturated ). As an IMG planning to train in the UK does this mean that less IMG graduates will be accepted to UKFP?
@@RoadToUK in the upcoming years do you think that they will continue the practice of opening and providing places for all accepted foreign interns ? Or will they start to limit IMGs ?
After doing 3yrs MS in orthopaedics in India and completing MRCS is that person eligible for applying for an ST3 Level in orthopaedic surgery or does he need to go through CST?
What is "Rubric" that you mentioned where I can find the requirements or scoring points for each specialty? Sorry I don't know it and tried googling it and searching but still didn't get it

No. Everyone on the reserve list was allocated in the end.

Each specialty has a website dedicated to it's recruitment that outlines what is necessary or looked for in the application process.

You'd need to apply for the specialty training programs separate i.e. one application for hematology, another application for endocrinology.
