Why have they not released a new record in fucking years? One of the best and most forward thinking Grindore bands of all time. Cool guys I was waiting around yo get upstairs out of the venue aofter (in a wheelchair so generally wait until last). Lenzig came over. I had bought a couple of shirts, a hat. And a couple lps. He took a pic of us then disappeared towards the merch standard and came back with a massive poster he had signed.
Yeah - these guys were always very cool and I’ve seen stories everywhere of them being cool guys. I saw them twice for the Xeno tour cycle - super nice guys. I did see Zac, Steve, and Lenzig get into some weird tiff at a show overseas. Even then, where they didn’t talk to each other much before the show - they let us hang out and ask questions. It wasn’t until revisiting their work that I realized how special they really were. Old story - you tend not to appreciate what you have. This live set in particular is a little strange. I wish they’d do an album again.
@@daveyounie3149 A lot of people hated on that last album. Losing Zac was a big deal. But, I think that album slaps damn hard. There will always be people that want Lucid Interval 2.0. There are videos of them touring this year. One assumes they noodle around in practice for these and write some stuff. I really, truly hope they release something. They still never did the last 2 hall of amenti EP’s. 😤 🤷🏻♂️ 😆
I don't consider cephalic carnage grindcore. Grindcore is death metal mixed with hardcore punk. There's virtually no punk edge to cephalic carnage. I do love the band though. They're awesome. Does anyone know what happened to this band? I was into them since the first album. I thought the last record was phenomenal. Do they still exist?
Thanks for the upload. Cephalic Carnage is a very underrated band,to a few there music is beautiful even. 🖤🤘
John Merryman is the most merriest drummer I've ever heard in my life. He's the global overhaul device...
I've been listening to them since like 2001 or something and they are their own fucking metal category.
Yes i completely agree
Brilliant!!! Professional!!! Original Company!!!
One more song would perfectly fit to this concert - exployting disfunction
Roadburn 2008
This is hilarious 😂
*quick guitar fix*
"Psych this next song is called rehab"
Lmao.
I got your shoe strings Cephalic Carnage
Thought it was an Isis song at the beginning there LOL
Lenzig is getting pushed out to main stream.
(I'm just repeating shit idk wtf I'm talking about)
Dood I heard he's getting pushed out into the main street. Band is trying to throw him under the passing bus

Used to do merch for them. Steve and a couple of the other members had good paying day jobs, so they didnt have time to dedicate to the band.
Srsly. They either just played at this metal fest in Vegas or they're about to. First show I've seen that they're playing in years

@@kesdunu937 I just thought they maybe just done what they set out to do, and the last album was proof of that for sure.

There on tour
Technically theyre Rocky Mountain Hydro Grind but they haven't had an album in 50 years
Yea I consider them more tech-death with strong jazz influences and prog elements blended in there
Forget about one straight genre if we are talking about cephalic
Lenzig is getting pushed out getting to main stream
Starting to sound like a week acid bath
Leneard is getting pushed out not the same band he started
Lenzig is getting pushed out getting to main stream
