All 3 of my last LG 65” OLED TV’s suffer from extreme burn in from static images from various stations that constantly display their logo or Fox News banner etc. A lot of these static images are everywhere on so many channels. I’m having to replace my OLED and I don’t want any more OZlED’s. LG’s pixel refresher didn’t do anything to my burn in. Where should I be looking for now? I believe LG has a phenomenal image but the burn in is unacceptable and you will only get 3 to 5 years before it is annoying.

Samsung or Sony should be your next to go to. You won’t regret it

@@jaygold14 I’ve looked at the Samsung at a buddy’s new home. It was a OLED and gorgeous. Even the viewing angl was decent. I seen the Sony A95L which seems to have held as the crown for 2023 TV models. I wonder if Sony will have less image retention or will the win go to Samsung? Thanks for your comments, greatly appreciated. I’m even looking at LG series that blow the upcoming B4 @ C4 panels out of the water. Surely there has to be a manufacturer that’s addressed the burn in issue.???

Go back to 1080P tvs If you want to do movies and shows and games, it's better than the 4K quality. Like LG oled.

@@jaygold14 does Sony and Samsung suffer from burn in?? I just read this week that Sony just released the Bravia9 that I’ll be available in several sizes is being hyped as the 2024 tv of the year. It’s a Mini LED. Are they prone to burn in? (Mini LED) The reviews were fantastic on the Bravia 9. They were just announced so no idea as far as an availability date but I would suspect soon!

Having just returned an LG C3 for panel failure just 2 weeks after buying it
    i won't be buying another.
The store told me that they can't understand why so many rate LG Oleds so highly
they suffer from image retention, banding and blotchy greyscale with pink or blue tinting on a white background.
I am now waiting to see how good or bad the 2024 Mini-Led TV's are.
    I never want another Oled

Durability is a myth. No matter how much money you spent for a TV, all of them fail as soon as the warranty is over. No more Updates, Apps or Firmware. All start to fail but due to Planned Obsolescence, more than a Components Usage, even without any reason you start loosing Functionality (Planned, on purpose). You can't spend money for a TV every 1, 2 or 3 years. It would be amazing a TV which comes with at least 5 years of Warranty, just dreaming here.

I seen 2 nice like LG series 3 (which the series number is the year it was born or built like C3 for 2023. At Sam’s club they were 200.00 less than Best Buy and the ones at Sam’s included a 5 year warranty but to be honest I didn’t read the fine print. Going to personally wait on the Sony Bravia series 9 which will be MINI LED. I can’t handle all the burn-In I’m getting. If I get 4 years without having all the crazy lines thru my tv panel it would be a miracle but I’ve been through 3 LG’s (65”) in the last 8-10 years. Everyone of them had burn in. Will burn in occur with my ni LED panels?

I’m sick of LG OLED Burn in. Every 3 years or so I’ve been replacing them. Got the Bravia 9 installed today! WOW-WE
