Nice pedal! I love how even with high gain the clarity is spot on. Being primarily a bluesman, I think I just might get one of these. Thank you for this video brother. Every time I watch you play it inspires me to try harder and do better. Love your style.

I really appreciate the continued support! You definitely made my morning, so thank you. It is a great pedal for how simple it is, I highly recommend it! I was surprised at how smooth it is but still retaining some attack. I'll try to compare some other bluesbreaker style pedals in another video to hopefully give you an idea of sounds. Again, thank you for all the support!!!

I agree. It’s a little pricey but for the amount of use you’d get out of it for years to come, it’s worth the extra $75-$100 bucks. I’d rather have this (a real Marshall BluesBreaker pedal) than a clone made by another company.

Ziggy ! Super cool… your great! Love your “ simple”classic “petty” tone ! Always in vogue! Sold ! I want one … im happy you have a reissue so i dont have to pay 400 plus for a 90s pedal and you saved me from buying other pedals and time ! Your tone is what i want! Bravo! Thanks again!

Sorry for the delayed response! Thank you so much for the support and comment. I was pleasantly surprised by this pedal and still use it almost every day! Another great pedal is the JHS Morning Glory V4. Has that bluesbreaker vibe with a little more mid hump. Thank you again, you made my day!!

Reminds me of a refined and tweaked out DOD 250 overdrive. Nicer clarity. It does resemble an old Marshall combo in it's overall tone. OD design has never been the same since this thing made good amp sounds. Then came Digitech with the first amp models. "Audio DNA" they called it. Homage to the craft. You can buy a kit and build your own Bluesbraker pedal. Customize it. Install a Rangemaster first.

@TheFlutecart Thanks for checking this out! I still play my DOD 250 from time to time, another cool, simple pedal. I've been chasing a bunch of MIAB type pedals and keep coming back to this classic sound. It's funny you mention a clone, I've got a kit right here that I haven't built yet, once it's done I'll do a side by side! Thanks again, take care!

How do you even decide on a setting? They all sound great. It’s like, just randomly set it to something and use it.

Do you pair it with another drive or boost before/after it for lead tones ?

Thanks for watching! For leads I usually combine it with another OD in front of it! My go to pedals for that are a Morning Glory V4, J Rockett Blue Note or .45 Caliber, or if I want more saturation, a Barber Direct Drive. Another great pedal on its own is a Barber 1/2 gainer! It’s larger in format, but its 2 channels with internal trim pots. It’s a fantastic pedal! Thanks again, I hope this helps!
