If it's not your body if you have no right to try to police what is happening with it. Consciousness doesn't start until much later in the pregnancy, and it starts in the third term. It is essentially like pulling out a weed. Do you feel bad when you pull out a weed? No. Since it doesn't have a brain to process what is going on.
