This is how bowser planted the stars. Went through every painting. Gathering every star. Tested the Star requirements and said good enough for me.
It would've made the mod more HILARIOUS if Mario was the villain.

FUN FACT: Bowser's laughter in this game is in fact Charles', but super slow.

I actually always loved bowsers design from mario 64 even though it was due to "bad graphics" but it somehow made him look more scary and menacing.
N64 Mario Party is more polished, only time the Mario Party N64 bowser looks best is when hes Black Hole Bowser. The both models can be interchanged but once again N64 Bowser model is most memorable since Artwork of Bowser for Mario World
The most notable i part I find on N64 Bowser hilarious is above average size of his head which leads to side effects of his Eyebrows being very large, the forehead is larger with hair at the back, and to top it all of unusually large snout.
Also speaking of "bad Graphics" given its was quote unquote prototype of 3D technology, and given the definition of word prototype (Susceptible to imperfections).
I found N64 Bowser goofy, but once again just hear how sinister and eerie his laugh is in comparison to Wii and later versions his Roar, Laugh etc sounds like.
New Super Mario Bros DS has Bowser roaring sounded for me like Godzilla and it was actually very sinister.

I had a plush toy from 1999 and it looked just like the SM64 model. It is my favorite. Now he's just a chunky goof. The 3D artwork from that era is also my favorite of Bowser. Like on the cartridge.
Bowsers design really wasn't very consistent until the gamecube if we're being perfectly honest. Sure he generally had the same features but his proportions were wildly different from one game to the next.

I was thinking that line changed to so long bigger Bowser would have ben funny. Imagine if Bowser was Mario in this and all the text was switched like when you enter the castle instead of Bowser's laugh we hear Mario. When you clear a stage Bowser laughs and when he takes damage you hear Bowser's surprised sound. When you damage Mario he gives the waaa sound and beeting him results in mamamia.

When Bowser jumped out of that pipe it completely took me off guard. 🤣
And this is what Bowser's dreams are.

A little story for how I picture this.
It is a dark time for the Mushroom Kingdom. How did this happen you may ask? Bowser had came up with an ultimate plan to take over the entire planet, and even beyond. Mario had attempted to stop the Koopa King in his tracks, but had failed. Luigi had followed in his brother's footsteps soon after, though he had also fallen. Many others had come to stop the powerful king, though they all perished before they could reach him. The Mushroom Kingdom was defenseless, Bowser had took it over and flagged it as a colony to an Empire he was building. His own son Bowser Jr had realized all the suffering and terror that his father was causing. He had first went to the Koopalings to try to stop Bowser, though they had failed to see what their leader had done. Jr had kept it to himself and had planned to stop his father, even if he had to kill him.
Over the years of the Koopa King's reign, Jr had been training himself and building up the strength necessary to fight Bowser. Eventually some of Bowser's minions had overheard Jr's plans and had informed the old King, now Supreme Emperor of the Kingdom. Jr had no choice than to evacuate the Kingdom and go into hiding rather than to be captured and suffer the consequences of his actions. Years had passed without a trace of Jr, they had assumed he was dead, but Bowser had known that he was too tough to have been killed. It wasn't until 30 years after his disappearance that he had resurfaced. Bowser Jr, now a full grown Koopa had gotten energy from a source that only then Princess Peach, now a Senator on behalf of the remnants of the Mushroom Kingdom had only known about. She had told him it was powerful enough to stop Bowser before he could do anymore damage.
He had then traveled to the Kingdom Bowser had ruled, shrugging off any weapon that had been fired at him. Kamek had gotten notice of how strong Jr had become over the years and had informed the Supreme Emperor of what his son had become. Bowser had ordered Kamek to give him all of the power he held within his knowledge. After which he had sent him out to tell Jr to go to the battle site high in the sky. Jr had become aware of this, and made his long journey there. Now he climbs up to the final arena where Bowser awaits him, hoping to dominate over the Powerful Emperor, end the state of war of the Empire he had built up and restore justice to the Galaxy....
