      @@youtuber3328 2 good players in a weak era. easy to dominate. Just look at the FG% of the 60s... no wonder they had so many rebounds when they shot so much and so poor. The Bulls and Jazz of the 90s were so much better. have you ever watched a game in the 60s? they played so bad, most players couldn`t jump if their life depended on it and nobody knew how to make a jumpshot except for a few players who actually could play basketball.

    • @youtuber3328

      having 9 to 12 teams meant role players like steve kerr wouldn't make the nba to face legends like john havicek bob cousy bob pettit elgin baylor jerry west oscar robertson wilt chamberlain and bill russell

      @@youtuber3328 I definitely respect many of the older players from that time, but only the top players were good most of all the other role players weren't that good and wouldn't even sniff the NBA in the 90s let alone today

    • @AcousticOlli
      @AcousticOlli ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@markbrinton6790 exactly. the fewer teams doesn`t mean that talent was more dense and teams were better. it means that basketball wasn`t of high interest and there weren`t many good talents to fill the teams.
      today, basketball is a huge sport and there are so many more young players who want to join the league but you can`t just make more and more teams. so spots in the NBA are much more limited today than ever before. meaning the average player in the NBA is a lot better today than back then and that`s a fact and that`s not the only reason of course. young talents are scouted much earlier and trained with professionals that learned from generations past.

      @@thechampion9525 I'm also guilty of replying to this loser's comment about how this game is MJ's fault.
      The bottom line is MJ and the Bulls took out Utah in six games, with Jordan finishing them off with the greatest sequence of plays in basketball history in the final minute of game 6, hitting both free throws, then putting up the quick layup, then the famous steal on Malone, followed by MJ hitting the championship hitting dagger on Brian Russell.
      Jordan also averaged 33.5 PPG throughout the series.
      Jordan's other five championships were also his fault lol considering he never played with another player who averaged over 18 PPG in his career. Unlike LeBron who has played with over 20 All-Stars, including MVPs, final MVPs, scoring champs, DPOYs, Total points leaders, all NBA defensive first team players, etc etc whereas Jordan only played with 1 multi-time All Star in Scottie Pippen.
