I mostly agree, but i would add to consideration that Lithuania change might be unnecessary since due to the swamps in the north of Ukraine the encirclement might be not as effective plus the fort of Brest litwosk. I would also have added that Mussolini coordinates closer with the Germans as he didn’t inform them about his plans(which might ease the Greece scenario) lastly I would mention that Germany is still incredibly strong historically having the second strongest economy in the world after the USA plus the addition of France (along with Western Europe being much less destroyed) will still lead to a Cold War similar to our timeline.

I mean I understand that germany would want southern Tirol from Italy but why whould they take the whole of Venice ? They have no historical claim to the region also no germans are living there. They also would already have access to the adriatic see trought Crotia.

I think it was more for strategic and humiliation reasons.
It grants access to the Mediterranean so they aren't reliant on good relations with Turkey to access it (since Turkey still owns the straights to the black sea). And it means if Italy was to attempt another conflict, they can't rely off mountains and have to fight on the unfavourable flat terrain.
And Venice is a significant cultural city of Italy, Germany taking it would be a symbol of "If you want to try it, we can take more or we will leave it with nothing but rubble". And it's a great diplomatic card once Mussoloni dies, by handing it over to his next successor not only ensures good relations but strengthens the position of the fascist regime.

From 1815, to 1866, and Napoleon even conquered the city of venice in 1797, in 1798, the austrians took the city of venice. It is a false statement to say that there are only italians in venice.

I think one change is that is needed is Germany needs to peace out with Britain before the US joins the war, cutting ties with Japan isn’t good enough, given that Japan likely still declares war on Britain. Otherwise the US would likely still declare war on Germany to support the UK.

Think thee swastika is devine and hasn't got anything to do within thee Nazis Scenario & Hyper-Nationalistic perspective post-ww1s Sincere Deceit.

I am well aware of its origin and what the "swastika" is. The German symbol is called Haukenkreuz and it's not me who is to blame for its censoring; it's TH-cam. You see, TH-cam hates this ideology and any reference to it can result in extreme cases the video being taken down. I am not risking this type of thing so I avoided mentioning anything by name in the video
The video itself already got demonetized and leaving the haukenkreuz uncensored would be a death nail
