My automatic reply is "WHY?" I refuse to be pulled into someone else's BS during my free time. I am VERY stingy with my free time. That time has already been allocated in my mind and we don't like to change those plans. Even if my plan is 6 hours of TH-cam videos. It's been allocated. 🤣😂 Glad your back. @@xxSTONExx It's a great topic! My boss wanted me to become a board member of a non-profit agency in the area. Mentioned how it would be great exposure and looks good on a resume' or linked in. I couldn't answer unless I knew "What am I committing to?" "How much time is typically required to be fully engaged?" "Will this run into my weekends and after work time?" I have a good work/life balance right now and really don't want to disturb that voluntarily. 🤣😂
