Thank you so much for the meditation. It's so nice to hear the stream. my birthday is June 5th and I was trying to find a video to for meditation. I also have chronic illness. I got it when I was very young and I've had it for decades. You're blessed to have a mom who gave you a place to stay. I tried staying with family. So much toxicity there emotional, mental. So I became homeless. I don't mean to be envious but i go to that place of wanting a better, different life and feeling held back in so many different ways. Physically, emotionally and spiritually, mentally. I too want to travel. I dream about it. Not sure how to make it happen. Many times fear. Thank you for bringing peace to my morning.
