Been meditating since I was 17, now 29 listening to this man along with many others. I need a year to focuse on meditating only. But I love how much it's helped my life. Meditate be awareness itself and feel the intensity of life passing through you. Third eye is very blissful. Always
May I ask, I do alkaline breathing and breath of fire, abs breath holds laying down , it’s 9 rounds lasts about 30 minutes . I do this before bed is this right ? How long did it take for u to open your 3rd eye and start seeing these beings ?
@@leokirby2711 breathing techniques all only help to quiet the mind. That's what you must do, quiet the mind become empty then everything else will come to you. The less you do the more you'll see.

You mentioned Shiva right away I’ve spoken to Shiva for some reason my entire life. Although a westerner and never exposed to the concept of Sheba. Actually, the pineal gland releases melatonin (a sleep hormone). I can think of a point between my eyebrows and maintain a precise tingle there (discovered by using a pencil point as a teen) which I can use to make myself sleep. I think it is just a nervous system glitch akin to the paralysis a shark goes into when touched or oriented in a certain way. It does work to turn the volume down on the world for what that's worth. Can't say I use it much but I can turn it on at will. It just makes me sleepy.
@brianmay1876 I have been putting my thumb on my third eye every time I go to bed for the last 1 week and find myself falling asleep almost immediately. Today I felt a heavy throbbing on my third eye area and came searching for the reason. Could it be that I am unknowingly activating my third eye??

Hi,wow my 3rd eye has been wide open since 12/21/20 , I have many abilities way beyond what your talking about,and. I don’t have to do anything, I can see all at will .the unseen , I can see all happening around me ,like right now reality’s. I can see right thru you to find any attachments you might have. I have inter-dimensional fusion to the neg. side of point zero.with all my past folks and beings who were me, I am the evolved one from all ,I see the afterlife at will they can’t hide from me. I believe that on mushrooms I could see with my third eye or had a different form of conciousness. I think it means you are able to experience 4D. I saw Jellyfish that told me: this is the astral plane. It sounds insane so I don't know.
In my case it had started travelling from Kailash towards South in 2018, but i guess it's oscillating between Melagiri Hills and kanyakumari, not completely situated in Southern Tip. Life has changed, and now i know nothing... Lol
I would like to have greater enlightenment... I have questions regarding perceptions and communication/sound that I wish I could ask Sadhguru personally.
Each individual has vary'ing levels of ignorance that either can be personally acknowledged or dismissed.
The reason for the comment is: There is a shared belief, which IMO holds each trapped into a condition of ignorance. There is personal belief, re-enforced by shared perception in this reality, which permeates a belief, which is, the way each human is ignorantly entrapped.. thus all things into a condition.
I enjoy Sadhguru wisdom, yet several times I have heard, and read his comments that IMO are problematic if you would like to reach greater enlightenment... maybe $ system experience, is the best learning tool.. IMO I believe it keeps all trapped into ignorance.

Thanks uncle. I'm nearly being pushed to madness by bad faith actors that are trying to manipulate my emotions. I understand my Sadana less as attaining a state of self-actualized self-awareness and more as remembering the blissful imaginative child that used to pretend to be a Power Ranger or a Ninja Turtle. The truth is the moment that innocence got stripped from me, I no longer was alive. You don't have to be a guru to know dead men can't do Yoga properly.

Does my third eye open without me knowing? Sometimes in the middle of the night when I'm asleep or early in the morning when I'm about to wake up, I feel like I'm in a totally different state. I'm me but also not me. Like I can see myself from a bigger perspective, and the sleeping me is just me in my chunk of life that is more more 'vast'.
