We bought a 2017 RT 7 months ago. We love Biggie. No issues yet. Only feel the pain at the gas pump. Ours new was $48,500 in 2017 MSRP PRICE. The same one is now around $59,000.
I have a 2018 Durango RT. She's a beast. I have the K&N Cold air intake and I did the mid muffler delete but I also removed the stock mufflers and got two Flowmaster Super Series 10 exhaust. She growls. I had a 2013 1500 with the same muffler but the true duels make it way, way better.

You can remove fuse 77 from the fuse box to turn your durango from all wheel drive into rear wheel drive homie... your welcome

I have a 2015 Limited V6 with 90k and zero issues. Best "truck" I have had. 23mpg commuting everyday and it tows my 21' boat with ease.
I just recently bought a 2015 RT Durango from Carmax with the price being around 32k with only 43,000 miles.To top it off it's a black on black red interior with rear entertainment. By far the best deal I could even imagine...get out there on the used market and you'll find some really good deals. Especially for the 2015/2016 group...it's not the best on gas in the city but on the highway there's no other vehicle that gives you confidence on the road to be able to pass and still remain safe for the family.
32k for 2015 with 43k miles I think this is too much.
Usually used cars in USA are cheaper specially if they are American made like ford-dodge.
I might buy next week a 2016 Citadel Dodge with 9000 KM (5600 miles) very clean and still has warranty for 3.5 years for 32k US$.
They also have unused 2016 citadel for 39k $.
Well as I said before, I just bought a 2016 citadel that has 9000 km buy very clean for 32133 $ including 5% tax. The car still has 3.5 years warranty or till 100k Km.
Damn Waay to Much!!! Make sure they throw in one free lifetime water pump change at the very least

Awesome truck bro. I’m stationed in Germany right now and the road to work and back is a no traffic no speed limit road. Only about 17 miles but so nice to fly. 160mp/h in my 04 bmw 330i, 124mp/h in my 17 Honda Accord Touring Sedan before the governor kicks in and 135mp/h in my 96 Buick Roadmaster with a tuned ECU. Love the channel.

Just picked up a 2018 GT Blacktop Edition and I love it. Came from an Infiniti Q50 and will never go back to a car
I traded my 2015 Mustang convertible for the 2018 Durango R/T. Why? Circumstances changed. I have grandkids now (twins) and needed something larger to "help out" with my kids' busy lifestyle. They can't always get the kids from daycare on time, or (insert any generic reason that comes with helping family). After several months research, I decided on the R/T. It still has the "fun factor" I would be missing in my day to day driving, and allows me to be "Super-Grandpa". I can say with no reservations at all, it is a FUN truck (SUV) to drive. Zero buyers remorse here!

I Agree..It's A Great Truck.I Drove My Daughter's..I Thought It Would Drive Like An Over Weight Clunker..But It Was So Smooth - Solid & Tight..Impressive.
Back in 2017 I wanted a reliable but a muscle tone SUV, so I ended up buying the new 2017 DD R/T. I slightly modified it and It's my daily driver. All I can say is this, for the past nearly year and a half of ownership pushing almost 40K miles, I have beaten the ever living crap out of this vehicle. I drive 70 miles round trip daily for work plus weekend miles. ZERO ISSUES. A true beast and well made. All I do is never failing it's schedule maintenance and tire rotations.

You can remove fuse 77 to make rear wheel drive and you be able to do burnouts and take corners at much faster and with more fun to it

Bought my 2017 Redline Red RT the end of February 2020 absolutely love it. Not going to go crazy with mods and definitely not doing stereotypical vinyl stickers. Coming from 2 door Yukons and Tahoes world this was definitely a right decision on my behalf and proud to be in the mopar/Durango fam

What i did to my 2020 durango RT read the following....You know you can turn that Durango all wheel drive into rear wheel drive by removing the fuse 77 from the under the hood fuse box what that allows you to do is lots of burnout and save on fuel because you only using 2 wheels instead of 4 wheel drive because in summer time u don't need all wheel drive and its more fun with rear wheel drive.
I got the 18 R/T with the pedal command and it's 100 percent Night and Day difference. I'm racing all the time. I love the Mid Muffler Delete also. I even have the Red Guts inside. I call her BLACK GHOST

I might be the first guy in NYC to do a conversion of 2014+ led headlights and tail lights.. removed the single exhaust lower bumper and replaced it with the RT rear bumper and added dual exhaust... Basically my plain looking 2012 body moved up a few years. Maybe I'll let you vlog it. I'm in white plains and sometimes in BK.
I think you need to throw some brembos on that thing. They would pop so nicely behind the wheels and let's not forget the added performance for braking. Perhaps, maybe some springs?!😎😉👍🏻

My wife and I have had Ram diesel pickups for a while. She has an old Astro van too. I have an older Explorer and Jeep ZJ for offroad fun.
I decided to buy a Durango to allow me upgrade while maintaining my Ram. Only thing was, because of covid-19 supply issues. The only AWD and row package Durango I could find locally. Was a GT. Oh well, guess I can add a RIPP supercharger with a air to water intercooler.
I do like the comfort and handling of the GT. So I am glad I bought it anyway. If I need to tow something while I have my truck apart. I'll just use my wife's truck.

I have a 16” R/T that I bought new three years ago and love it still! In my opinion its the Best All Around SUV by far!! Lots of fun to drive my family of 5 in comfort. No mods though, any recommendations?

Wow. My 2017 RT Blacktop water pump just went out at about 28k miles. Any other issues related to that fix? Dodge was great and fixed it and did all the recall services and updates. But I love the vehicle. Hoping the reliability is good for the next few years. Wondering if i need to get an extended bumper to bumper before the factory expires.

I take the Jeep SRT, they look so baddassss, where the Durango looks more like a family type SUV to me, that's just me, but either way it's a great choice, we are in an era of Murika cars pushing the competition...

I feel like I see a lot of people either get a muscle or sports car, or get rid of an SUV to get into a powerful muscle or sports car, but ultimately miss the capability of the SUV. The SRT Durango and Grand Cherokee are like a perfect balance

My water pump went out just under 40k miles. Although I thought it was unusual I had the dealership replace it. I wasn’t overheating, but I heard a squalling noise and had a leak in the driveway. This was confirmation.
It seems like every Durango owner has had to have the water pump replaced. Wth is going on with these.

I have a 2017 citadel and it does not handle well. Great suv but any wagon would spank it in the corners. Don't get me wrong I love my Durango and will have it for as long as I can...
try new wheels / tires / lowering springs it will handle alot better

about what we do (For Buyers Only Realty). I recently put a deposit on a 2021 SRT Durango. Couldn't afford the Hellcat, nor could I justify the purchase of it, but would have been awesome. I'm so looking forward the new 392 and I just checked in with the dealer today and it is almost ready to ship. My question to you is...Any thoughts on bolt on mods for the new ones? I would assume they would be similar to 2020 models. Im thinking exhaust, cold air intake and a new brain or tuner. What say you? Thanks in advance for you input.

*BUT* I didn't like how small (short) the door opening is! I'm about 5'10 5'11 and had to duck to get in so I wouldn't hit my head. Also I felt kind of squeezed in although there is a lot of "up front space." I currently drive an 06 Silver Durango that I bought new with a 4.7 liter. Going into 2nd. gear gives use to the head rest! Also a Good Kick into 3rd. If I sell it or trade it's only worth $1,500 with 39,000 miles. I took out the 3 seater "very heavy" bench leaving only the two buckets up front. I'm going to give it to this young lady who's having financial problems. LOOKS ALMOST NEW---- REALLY!!

You drive her pretty hard. Where is your oil catch can? I'm sure as hard as you are driving you are recirculating oil vapor back into the intake. Treat her right. You love her, and she will love you back. :)
