Give CDO maybe 3-5 yrs.. when all the planned high rise bldgs totalling more than 20 will be fully constructed, that will change the City's landscape. New roads are being built to lighten traffic and modern aircon buses are now plying around the city proper. Big changes will be realized to CDO soon.

Sa una manila ug cebu ragyud ko mkakita ug high rise building..karun nana pud dri cdo...been to davao sa una pato nga wla pman pud sila high rise building sa una same ra cdo mas dghan lng sila high rise karun compare sa cdo pero at least ang cdo ng start naman pud ta..so we dnt need to go davao, cebu or manila just to see high rise building kay naa nman pud dri sa atoa sa cdo...

Layo pa kaayo ang CDO sa Cebu Sir. Layonpasad ang Cebu compare sa Manila pero dako na kaayo improvement 10 years ago..

I have coming series of vids for Iloilo
It was 32k last 2022..a lot of modern drone now with more sensors but it's a bit pricy now. I will still keep it as long as it will still function. It has a lot of history of almost losing it, it was already repaired in Manila when it was just 3 months old but I used it more than enough, so worth it the price. All my drone shots on this channel used this one drone.

Marami coming BIG projects sa CDO. One is the BGC of CDO the Manresa Township of Cebu Landmasters Inc. and the XU Future Campus in Uptown and the Uptown Metropolis of Abrown Co.
Looks like better than to Manila and Cebu. Even to Davao city.

Davao City land area 2,444 km2 vs CDO 488.9 km2 with Davao massive land area i will always choose the massive one.. look at the area its almost X 6 when you have that area meanibg we have plenty or land to develop in the future with balance in nature...we have massive forest Rivers Lakes Mountains and Part of Mt.Apo the tallest one is still belong to Davao City...
