Give CDO maybe 3-5 yrs.. when all the planned high rise bldgs totalling more than 20 will be fully constructed, that will change the City's landscape. New roads are being built to lighten traffic and modern aircon buses are now plying around the city proper. Big changes will be realized to CDO soon.

I'm excited in my journey to that beautiful city this November. I plan on living there for many years to come, as I want to live close to the ocean or esplanade ... walks and e-bike rides. Going to look for a 1 bdrm furnished condo there. Just not sure where is a good place yet. need the boots on the ground, I guess.

SM STRATA TWIN TOWERS is not 13 storeys but 18 storeys. You are ignorant of Philippine building practices, because even in Makati you wont be able to find a building with a 13th floor . Its always rhe 12th floor, then the 14th floor, then the 15th floor, etc. There is no bldg in Makati that has 13 floors. And so is it the same in ILOILO CITY and the METRO ILOILO.😂

Hindi na City of Pines yang BAguio. NAging CIty of Shanties na. Nawala na ang ganda niya dahil napuno na ng mga kabahayan. HINdi siya well planned opara maging maayos itong tourist destination.
