Next and (As far as I know) last level for this series of levels by Ami and Rey. Overall I can say they're fun to play through, big improvement from some other levels but I woulnd't label them as the best. The history is still rather confusing, but gameplay-wise they're fun to play which is the important part I suppose.
This level is rather buggy, if you go infront of the first guard, the game will crash. If you kill the guard that drops a key on the first floor while you're outside their room, it'll also crash. The objectives won't complete until you press that last computer and they don't seem to be on the right order, but it works in the end. I also don't know for sure if you have to photograph the truck at the lower level, but I just did to be sure.
This is being played through with an emulator and a 60FPS patch, mouse & keyboard controls and with increased FOV.

That guard you follow at the beginning was a bad ass took a head shot and was still standing it was only when you shot him the second time he went down. Give him a medel or something lol 🤣😂 🤣😂 🤣😂 🤣

Upon watching these videos ; I can't help but notice that Graslu00 is very fond of, and quite adept at using pistols of all things. Excellent marksmanship. :)
yeah, the pistols in older games where made of better stuff than what we get in modern shooters. they're just as good if not better than smg's/rifles. accurate and they do good damage.

Get an n64 and an everdrive cartridge. patch goldeneye to the delta file and put on cart and play.
Each custom level has to be patched . This requires xdelta patcher. You put the main goldeneye rom in and load the patch and hit convert. The completed rom is spat out to be put on whatever device.

Seriously, if they could make mods cartridges for the console, I'd buy it and be happy!!
You can get an EverDrive and install the mods manually to play them on your real N64 console!
Buying repro cartridges is frowned upon by mod creators, as they're using their work to gain money, so it's always recommended to simply get an EverDrive or another backup cartridge to have all your modded ROMs in a single cartridge and update them any time. It's cheaper in the long run and much more practical.

Which do you like better? Perfect Dark or Goldeneye?
GoldenEye feels way better to play than PD, it has something in the gunplay PD doesn't, but in the other side I like PD a lot in other terms. I wouldn't know to choose, but I've said PD in the past except for how the game feels.
Huh... I always really preferred Perfect Dark because of how interesting and involved a lot of the objectives / levels / weapons felt and how amazing the blood / effects / death animations and sounds are.
It's interesting that you say that, I've never noticed a big difference in the shooting but I'll try Goldeneye out again.
There's no perfect way to describe it, but GE feels more... organic when it comes to shooting at enemies, even when it has less blood, it's a mix of sound design and the particles they have. PD feels more solid or something.
I always liked PD as a kid because some levels played very differently for each difficulty setting. Plus they had voice acting.

The people who make these levels, really butcher the dialogue. Stick to level design, and skip the dialogue... Clearly they aren't writers.

That's actually impossible as you have to follow the guard at the start (If you go infront of him the game will crash). It's just a leftover from the original Archives mission.
