I was wrong, Warehouse 8 is not the last level for this series by Ami and Rey, and this one isn't either. A rather hard level, but manageable with both armors and by tricking the AI. And no, the ending is not a bug and I did not fail the mission, you're supposed to be shown as K.I.A.
This is being played through with an emulator and a 60FPS patch, mouse & keyboard controls and with increased FOV.

No, I did not fail the mission. Showing "KILLED IN ACTION" at the end of the level is made on purpose by the creator as stated on the level's description.

Some of those retextures are horrendous but the crate maze was really well executed. I think their Archive infiltration map was their best work.

I swear, the creator of those levels should pay more attention on misspelling. It really fucks up the level and gameplay.
