There's one scene that stood out for me. When Asfar calls Aliya to meet for a cup of coffee, Aliya was initially confused as to how to react. She knew the purpose of their meeting. Informing Asfar about having guests and later mentioning Salman and his family was a wise decision. It kinda helped Aliya show her priorities - clear enough for Asfar to understand why Salman might be visiting Aliya.

Sometimes its just the WELL WRITTEN CHARACTER that matters the most.... whether its lead or not doesn't matter.
He chose the Character which had immense scope and opportunities to show development. Absolutely in love with him.
I will now look forward to his next projects. ❤❤
As a character Asfar was so intriguing. They slowly showed his issues and how they resolved. Great character arc. The actor who plays his father has great chemistry with him. They seem like real father and son.

As expected, Aliya making puppy eyes and melting like iceberg when her boss was proposing her and Salman has been running after her and conveying his feelings on so many occasions and what she does? Shows him 1000 kg attitude and insults his feelings..typical Aliya...So all this time she was never sure about Salman then why on earth was she demanding trust from him? Trust for what when he was never a choice but just an option and technically there was no commitment from her side..what clowenery is this?

Alia is that kind of a girl who keep her options open for all guys and even after soo many hints of asfar she didn't even cleared with neither him nor salman so this kind of a girl cannot be trusted .
6 months passed with the blink of an eye. Mohammed Ahmed Sir has written such a wonderful story-everything, right from the characters to their thought process, the ambience, camaraderie, and costumes are so close to reality. Doesn't feel like a work of fiction. Also, the best thing is the fact that the characters are not flawless. Only Thanvi can be probably called the perfect person. As the story is coming to an end, every one is eventually getting a closure, including Shagufta. Initially, Shagufta gave me the creeps. But her conversation with her Abba was finally pleasing. Minimal dialogues are the USP of this story. For instance, how Samiya understood what might have led Aliya to type out that resignation letter. And these terrace scenes act like the cherry on the cake. With the finale episode left, Saturdays will never be this special any more.
Looking forward to Ahmed Sir and Nadeem Baig to collaborate again and help us witness magic.
Can i please appreciate the fact that Sajal has done an extremely well job : such a minimalist way of performing combined with being the character fully is just what is required by an actor.
Secondly,her looks and makeup is also really great,especially that she's wearing simple clothing just as how a professional in corporate will wear!

Some, including critics,interpreted Aliya's silence and her anger towards Salman as "you need to understand everything without me uttering a word & trust me that I'm not interested in asfar", then why the hell is she confused for? The fact that she got confused the minute she got asfar's proposal says a lot that she was never serious about Salman and was just toying him and she chosing Salman in the end doesn't change this fact..she's a player...my heart goes out to Sallu boy, nobody deserves this amount of uncertainty and gaslighting💔💔

Agree - she was only toying with Salman. And her mother was nothing less - After having ruined one daughter's life she was not satisfied. The moment she saw Asfar, she was not ready to commit to Salman's mother. The best ending here would have been for Salman and his mother to move to Canada and then for Alia and her family to realise the mistake they made and the treasure they lost in Salman. Salman deserved better. The show was wonderful but these 3 totally spoilt it for me.

This drama is such a positive vibe ... I always laughed with the characters, got emotional with them such an engaging story ... Beautifully written drama... Expression of asfar are just amazing ... Sajal as Aliya slayed every scene ... Her dressing was so amazing ... Samiya as elder sister, taniya's fun , phuphoz scenes, everyone was on point... Each and every character was perfect and beautiful ... Thanks to whole team ... This was what an entertainment is ... We laughed and smiled with you all ... Loved the whole show ..

Everyone is saying that salman doubts and misunderstands aliya..but let's take salman's condition into account..he loves aliya but not sure what's going on in aliya's mind..you may say that aliya gave hints..but hints are not always enough when there is someone else in the scene as competent as you..therefore salman's insecurity is justified..he never doubted or misunderstood aliya before asfar coming in the scene..if aliya communicated with salman properly but yet salman doubted her..then it would be justifies to call him toxic..but this is not the case here..salman himself is in a dillemma whether to move on or not

Aliya just conveniently chose not to notice as she needed to stay in that job for money. He showed me that he cares for me and I'm the only friend of his mine. Sometimes I used to think ki maybe he starts liking me and he would propose to me one day. But one day he told me that he is getting married of his mother's choice. Tabse I do not trust any person until the person say be his words.
Asfar never gave her hints about his love for her, yes he behaved out of his "boss" zone but thats completely normal, nothing romantic to expect. It is obvious she has no idea about what is on his mind. And she already knows the class difference, the employee boss equation they have, she can never expect him to fall for her.
Also, women dont need to be 'intelligent' (or dumb,ignorant) to be able to know when a man is attracted to her, when someone falls for her & who is gonna propose her next. We women can simply be ourselves and live and exist.

Aliya's family is a flipper just like her...till few episodes back they were talking as if everything is fixed about Salman & Aliya and now they are saying they won't decide anything till they ask Aliya, if they never knew about Aliya's feelings for Salman nor they ever asked her before then how on earth they assumed that they'll end up together? These same people, who said they can't take decisions without asking their daughter, are forcing phuppo to get married, and forced Samiya too..
Before asfar came into picture Aliya kept giving signals to Salman, literally led him on, kept lecturing him on trust, kept him hanging in mid air without giving any clarity to him,
but as soon as she got asfar's proposal, suddenly she's confused...downright opportunist behaviour..the irony is, untrustworthy person like Aliya was asking for trust & support from Salman as if it was her birth right..

This took me back to tanhaiyan, an kahi and other qudisa bano written shows in 80s and 90s when we actually recognized ourselves and our families in the characters on the screen.
She should not be... This is drama so it will take place @ the end moment the verdict onwards SALMAN... But the character of ALIYA must not be divided and mixed the place n position between the Love and Gratitude...by this over dramatic thinking Aliya jeisi larki ki character ko weak kar deta hai...which I against strictly. this is not a Fish Market to select among choices priority flaxibility favouritism and fascination// I din't like ALiya's confution about SALMAN by ANY WAYS ANY LOGIC.

@@bushrasyed3958 Honestly, I'm not entirely sure why she's feeling confused. I also thought she liked Salman, and deciding between them would be easy. It's possible that spending time with Asfar and getting to know him intimately has unintentionally sparked some affection for him in her.
@bushrasyed3958 so true, i am sorry, but i have to say this it seems like aliya really wants both boys to keep fighting for her, and she will watch the whole fight like a queen .... from the start, her attitude towards Salman is so rude ... she is so aggressive with him for no reason. On the other hand, with asfar or other characters, she is completely normal with all of them .... salman did so much for her and her family, but in return, she never did anything for salman... baat tak thek se nahi karti chahe salman kitni bhi koshish karley.... for this reason, i never like her character

I felt bad for Salman's mom today. She is such a nice lady and that whole meeting was so uncomfortable
She should have waited for things to be clear between Salman and Aaliya but is trying to help her son who is not the type like Asfar to directly call for a man to man talk.
Really I also felt very bad, Aliya's mother had made a mistake before and now she is repeating the mistake again.

If you look closely in that scene, agha ji secretly smiles after that and covers it up by drinking tea. He's proud of his wife.
Because Alia's mother showed so much attitude. She did not learn her lesson after ruining Samia's life.
Aliya, jeez man , she lies through her teeth...she told Samiya that if she wouldn't have gotten money on time then they would have lost the house & samiya advised her to pay the debt but not with your life,but she tells Salman that she has earned those money and asfar didn't do any favour to her😂😂....her boss transferred money in her account which automatically means she has earned it, really?
who earns this huge amount of money in such short span of time, this has to be the joke of a decade😂😂..

this drama is an example of how some people can change with time..how they portrayed the characters like of Saif, his mom , shagufta , asfar and like the way the negative shades started to fade away and u will also feel for them!..how these characters have unfolded, changed and have been folded in its own way beautifully❤✨.. even each character be it shakeel from thanvi uncle from deepak's mom carries its own stories ❤
at the end we , who didn't feel for shagufta, I can surely say that most of us have felt this time for her ..Like asfar some of us used to dislike him for his coalition with dad, or for salmaan or for other reason..but the way he was changing even he had also his story living in loneliness & today's episode has melt their hearts too>>..
this is the charm 🧿 of this drama ✨

Actually Asfar is desperate for care and love,he has lost many things and he is expecting Aliya to fulfil all that for him,but it's not her responsibility to care him and his family...I feel sad for him..Aliya has feelings for Salman and sympathy for Asfar.She knows Asfar is hurt and she doesn't want to hurt him so she couldn't reject him straight away...I am sure at the end,she will choose Salman!

I think most serious drama viewers would watch and value this drama, , it’s so easy to watch, none of the OTT scenes, and th characters are well written and well rounded, ralateable, however people would also chose to watch Tere Bin as simply a guilty pleasure with no merit in its illogical script, but the interactions between Wahaj and Yumna are ‘delicious’😜

I too, have been following 'jhok sarkar' & the plot, the performances have been very engaging so far.
I do watch 'Kabli Pulao' too but it's not that I will watch it as soon as it is uploaded. The Male lead is good, though but I don't really enjoy sabeena's act, very average for me.
I still remember watching 'Parizaad' last year & how each episode made me share my views, my liking for the project. Since then, only 'KA' was the one where I was hooked to the drama but ofcourse due to sheheryaar's performance😊

Honestly mujhe asfar aur salman dono pasand hai..this is a love triangle done right. I know Aliya and Salman are end game but I will feel so bad for Asfar, it would have been nice if they brought a nice girl as a cameo for him in the last episode and left it open ended because he deserves to be happy too.
Apart from the triangle, this is such a wholesome drama, love the bonds between all the characters.

I fully agree - I dont like Alia at all. Everyone called her very akalmand. She got so involved with Asfar's personal life - did she not think he would start getting feelings for her? So innocent she is, she could not understand it? And all the while she keeps on insulting Salman and shows him how uncaring she is towards him. Salman was sweet and giving all the time and Alia shows him so much attitude. Salman did his best but she showed no chemistry with him. Better jodis were in Tere Bin - Yumna and Wahaj, even when they were fighting. And Bilal and Yumna in Pyar ke Sadkay - not to forget Bilal and Dure in Ishk Murshid - perfect chemistry.
Kuch Ankahi and Yunhi are the best drama serials calm reality based perfectly performed and lovely stories that you can relate to the reality of this society ❤️❤️❤️
