I presume you are associated with O4P and Ms McAlevey. A group of us (family doctors) are passing around a list to see who can attend the next workshop through May. Is there any experience-based advice on how to organize your colleagues, when your own designated representative body refuses to organize you or really even represent you? So far we are trying to apply pressure to our “employer” (the government), and we are attempting to force by-law driven meetings with our representative body. However, the govt is waist-deep in a massive smear campaign against us, and our representative body is doing everything in their power to ignore us (despite the fact we have already proven we can mobilize more of our colleagues to press a vote, than they themselves can. Any comment is greatly appreciated and warmly welcomed.
