It is strange that she needs a page-turner. She's played this encore piece in concert multiple times. It's extremely fast but it is also a short piece. She doesn't appear to watch the script. She should have just memorized the piece.
While technically flawless, this performance absolutely misses the jazzy intricacies of Kapustin's Etudes. Not everything is meant to be flashy and fast, you can't even hear the melody in there. Kapustin's recording is way better.

The problem is, unlike most pianists, she is unable to offer anything lyrically moving as an encore. There is great skill, emotion is empty.

Agreed. Kapustin's recording is much better. Kapustin wrote jazz despite the classical music names and terminology he used to name his pieces.
Of course NOT. IT IS a Toccata. And she Play this Like a Toccata and nothing else. Pure Perfection. He would be proud of her.
