We tried something new with this one, filming with two cameras and half learning the script - so we could improvise - in case you're wondering why were talking all over each other!

A multi-cam set-up that's how sitcoms are made 👀 🤩 loved it, it felt super natural and flowy and I was on the edge of my seat the WHOLE time!!

Hog's mixture of enthusiasm and confusion is so funny, just in how he's standing there
When I was in cross country team in high school the warm up was one mile (1.6K) When I first joined I couldn't even run the mile. Building up to 5k over three months sounds like a very reasonable goal for a beginner to me. But having friends to encourage and support you is really priceless.

Hilarious! Bears a striking resemblance to a conversation I had with a friend a couple of years ago. Only, she actually did it. Ran the marathon and all. Boy, did I look stupid afterwards :-)

Amazing video as always lads!! 👏 I'm Irish on an Erasmus year in France, and the other night a group of us of 7/8 different nationalities were at an event and the conversation turned to comedy and then to you guys, we all knew you and thought you were hilarious. Just thought that was pretty cool how widely known you are! ☺ finland, brazil, romania, spain and canada among others!

It's a good thing Foil has proper gears..for I once decided to run a 10K marathon not having ran a day in my life nor bought any gears..Ended up with the heaviest shoes possibly imagined and my brothers tracksuit..needless to say that I almost passed out of exhaustion at the finishing line and of coarse mum was like 'I told you so'

Really stressful day at work today, but you made it start with a giggle. And a aaaaaw moment, because somehow, Foil's character turned from annoying to adorable half way through, when he looked in his bag of crisps with a forlorn look. I don't know how he does that. Oh, well. Thanks for the sketch lads.

Foil in this skit reminds me of my self. Once, I decided to run 10km in one go without any prior experience. I ended up drinking different flavours of Gatorade from my super cool new and expensive sipper bottle after going just 10 steps 🤭

I like the continuity here at 1:40. Foil does the same thing in the background as he does when he’s in the frame.

Not only is Foil the guy who reviewed his year, but Arms and Hog are the two who went for an animal reading. Arms cynical as hell, and Hog adorably and naively optimistic.
This sketch is basically the personification of my likely ADHD brain. "I'm going to do all these things"
"Omg that sounds awesome"
"You can't do that you're not good enough"
"Well I lost interest anyway and I'm going to go and do this other amazing thing"
It's an endless cycle! As long as you're happy though and you're not hurting anyone, who cares! Dream as much and as big as you want!

Outstanding as usual! Just showed this to my college friends... They loved it! The 5k run in three months might actually work 😂😂😂
There's a very manageable training program that can get non runners from 0 to marathon in 6 months. It consists of starting with walking 15 minutes and adding 5 minutes of running periodically after that. Only need to train 4 days a week.
It was a semester gym class taught at the University of Iowa Ames for years. One of the students wrote a book on it called The Non Runners Guide to Running a Marathon.
I knew someone who did it. Said it was pretty fun. They had plantar fasciitis part way through training but learned how to tape their foot and kept on schedule. Apparently it's possible to lose a few toenails temporarily too - they kind of get black and fall off but grow back. I guess it's not painful and harmless. Maybe there are ways to avoid that now.
This is the conversation I have with any friend that seriously promises they’ll definitely open a TH-cam channel and get super internet famous now.

Buying clothing and shoes to motivate yourself when you make that type of resolution is common. But buying fitness books is also. I have a library of exercice books, fitness books, running marathon, weight lifting, yoga books, ... which I never read!

This is why you keep your new year resolutions low. My personal one was to wear a nice outfit everyday to college. But when you exclude summer holidays and exam season, you only need to look nice less than half the year which means you can look shit for the rest. And at the end of the year when you are wearing a tracksuit on New Year's Eve you can can say you kept your new year's resolution for the whole year!
