We are making a BIG new change to all of our pressure washing trucks! We are switching to a new main pump called REMCO! Made right here in the good ole USA! Our previous pumps were a 12V // 7.0GPM made by Delavan Pumps. Check out our reasons behind this switch and learn how our new rigs we can swap out pumps in under a minute if one goes down in the field.

I agree
Ever think about turning your pumps the other way. So when it leaks, it doesn't run onto the motor. Food for thought........

We have ours turned the other way.
Great video! Time is money....
Many thanks Powermount! Hope the washing is goin well out there.
If you dont mind where did you get the pump fittings to fit your size hoses. I have the 5.3 and came with the small dingy fittings.
Sure Thing, we get almost all our equipment from Absolute Chemical here in Nashville TN.

Feel Free to call them as well, they answer their phones and can help point you to exactly what you need.
Definitely had it go out and had to use a pump sprayer 😢
With 10 months of use now, have you had any issues with the quick connects leaking? I read that you inverted the pumps, but are the Remco pumps holding up better as anticipated?
The Remco pumps are definitely holding up a little bit longer than the other ones we’ve used. With the pumps being inverted, it’s really helped. In regards to the connections... the connections on the pump hold up just fine. It’s usually the hose connection that starts to go out. This can usually be fixed just by them getting tightened or worst case scenario replacing the connection which is very inexpensive.
I just switched to Remco and after a week and 5 roofs washed it’s already leaking out of the seal
Here's a few trouble shooting items we have come across.
- The O’ring on the barb that goes into pump might have come off or got damaged.
- The sliding piece on the pump that locks it in is cracked or not slid into the proper position to where it locks the barb into the pump and keeps it sealed well.
I’m sure you guys rinse rinse rinsed !!!
They all leak.
Do you have a link for this particular pump?
