I fell in love with his acting in Seasons 1&2 of Stranger aka The Secret Forest and now I am in love again with his acting in this new drama of his. Very different from the cold and unfeeling lawyer. His personality shines in this interview and that is, he is a very calm and sensible thinker.
This is the first time for me to fall head over heel for a Korean actor. I found this amazing actor last month through Stranger since I was kind of had enough with the formulaic K-dramas lately, except for My Mister (another masterpiece). The moment I watched the first few episodes of Stranger 1, I was totally hooked. The series was exceptionally amazing, plus I was amazed at his acting. Since then I have watched most of his works (Stranger 2, Life, Horse Doctor, Feng Shui, God's Gift, Tazza, Love Phobia, Peach Tree, Sword Without Name, Perfect Game, Inside Man, even the latest one -Sisyphus- which is my least favorite genre of drama, just to see his acting, even the cuts from his musicals and his interviews -sadly not many of them translated to English-. It is always a treat watching him act. Someone commented on of his interviews as to why we found this man particularly awesome and attractive despite him being not falling into the stereotype kind of Korean actor (tall and overly good looking), 'It must be his talent', and I couldn't agree more. I love that he is super picky about his projects but manages to deliver the best despite not being popular, and how he said he would love to work in a project that has good message. Please stay true and keep being an inspiring actor Mr. Cho Seung Woo.❤❤❤
ah I did the same thing! Became totally enamored with him from his energy and chemistry with bae doona watching Stranger and then binge watched all things related to him. I love watching him play around in Making videos with his costars and the staff... and the animals too! Most of all though, the range he can get out of his voice acting is amazing, his rendition of Confrontation from Jekyll and Hyde is such a treat to watch and listen to, I'm so glad there are recordings of his musical performances on the internet. Actually, I think we might have similar tastes in K-dramas because I really liked My Mister too. If I could recommend some more dark toned dramas, 'sky castle' and 'money flower' are in my top favourite K-dramas and Broadchurch is a British drama that has similar vibes to Stranger
I totally feel you. I basically did the same thing. I’m on 3rd rewatch of all his dramas and just watched Marathon twice, only a couple of movies still missing from his very impressive film list that I need to hunt down. These’s really no end to his amazing projects. Musical recordings are harder to come by, but as he get more recognization by the international viewers, I’m sure we will be seeing more of them. Especially since he’s performing more musicals even now. No break from drama to musical, he’s so passionate about his work. And his voice, omg his voice, I have his songs (very few that existed) on Spotify playing on repeat. Can’t believe how much of a fangirl I’ve become. Now I’m wondering what have I been watching for the last 10-20 years that I never discover this gem until now? So much time wasted. 😅

Tae Sul came out of his lIfe of confort to save Seo Sae, CSW also comes out of confort when choosing characters with characteristics very different from those he has previously interpreted. I found him quite by accident by seeing photos of him popping up on my pinterest feed and I did some searches about him and found out that he was musical actor so that took me to here on YuoTube and found him singing the title role of Jekyll and Hyde the musical. Being a fan of Broadway musicals, I was completely blown away by his singing voice on how he can switch from one character to the other character like he did in Jekyll and Hyde The Musical. But I haven't seen any of his tv or movie work. He just gained a new fan.

This is the first time for me to fall head over heel for a Korean actor. I found this amazing actor last month through Stranger since I was kind of had enough with the formulaic K-dramas lately, except for My Mister (another masterpiece). The moment I watched the first few episodes of Stranger 1, I was totally hooked. The series was exceptionally amazing, plus I was amazed at his acting. Since then I have watched most of his works (Stranger 2, Life, Horse Doctor, Feng Shui, God's Gift, Tazza, Love Phobia, Peach Tree, Sword Without Name, Perfect Game, Inside Man, even the latest one -Sisyphus- which is my least favorite genre of drama, just to see his acting, even the cuts from his musicals and his interviews -sadly not many of them translated to English-. It is always a treat watching him act. Someone commented on of his interviews as to why we found this man particularly awesome and attractive despite him being not falling into the stereotype kind of Korean actor (tall and overly good looking), 'It must be his talent', and I couldn't agree more. I love that he is super picky about his projects but manages to deliver the best despite not being popular, and how he said he would love to work in a project that has good message. Please stay true and keep being an inspiring actor Mr. Cho Seung Woo.❤❤❤
ah I did the same thing! Became totally enamored with him from his energy and chemistry with bae doona watching Stranger and then binge watched all things related to him. I love watching him play around in Making videos with his costars and the staff... and the animals too! Most of all though, the range he can get out of his voice acting is amazing, his rendition of Confrontation from Jekyll and Hyde is such a treat to watch and listen to, I'm so glad there are recordings of his musical performances on the internet. Actually, I think we might have similar tastes in K-dramas because I really liked My Mister too. If I could recommend some more dark toned dramas, 'sky castle' and 'money flower' are in my top favourite K-dramas and Broadchurch is a British drama that has similar vibes to Stranger

I totally feel you. I basically did the same thing. I’m on 3rd rewatch of all his dramas and just watched Marathon twice, only a couple of movies still missing from his very impressive film list that I need to hunt down. These’s really no end to his amazing projects. Musical recordings are harder to come by, but as he get more recognization by the international viewers, I’m sure we will be seeing more of them. Especially since he’s performing more musicals even now. No break from drama to musical, he’s so passionate about his work. And his voice, omg his voice, I have his songs (very few that existed) on Spotify playing on repeat. Can’t believe how much of a fangirl I’ve become. Now I’m wondering what have I been watching for the last 10-20 years that I never discover this gem until now? So much time wasted. 😅
I agree with everything you said. He is my favorite Korean actor by far and would love to see Netflix US pick up his older work.

Tae Sul came out of his lIfe of confort to save Seo Sae, CSW also comes out of confort when choosing characters with characteristics very different from those he has previously interpreted. Whatever style he chooses to wear, he will always look sexy, and his voice is also very sexy

I found him quite by accident by seeing photos of him popping up on my pinterest feed and I did some searches about him and found out that he was musical actor so that took me to here on YuoTube and found him singing the title role of Jekyll and Hyde the musical. Being a fan of Broadway musicals, I was completely blown away by his singing voice on how he can switch from one character to the other character like he did in Jekyll and Hyde The Musical. But I haven't seen any of his tv or movie work. He just gained a new fan.
