Haha😂 what a synchronicity , it’s similar to what I want to do this morning opening the back cover. Only I am putting 18650 cells inside, which have lots of space also to make the scope heavier by itself so stable when we press the buttons & knobs. Also one wire less on the bench and one AC sockets less occupied and being potable. I add one 2way usb-C modules for charging and itself also a powerbank. Wondering if the scope can read its own voltage by it’s own probe yet to try. Thanks for your video ❤👍👍👍
It would be a useful addition for a battery capacity % meter so it will not suddenly die in the middle of work. There are many modules available to use 18650 cells and a charge discharge monitor. I understand you don't want to drill or make any holes, but with care, this can be expanded. Thanks.
If you are using two 18650 batteries in series, the AP2953A will work better than the 7805. However, if you are using 18650 batteries in parallel, I would recommend looking for a 3.7V. to 5V. converter module.
@@aae3039 any reason a buck converter works better than linear regulator? I think lower noise from a linear regulator is one of the reasons to do this mod
Sorry for the late reply. General basic power bank, size 10,000-20,000 mAh., has an output of only 5 V. 2 A. No need to use any fast charging features. If only there was a pass-through charging feature. You will be able to use it while charging. You can buy it from your local electrical appliances department or mobile phone accessory store.

The chipmunk music is what makes the video!!
How good is this oscilloscope based on your user experience?
Im just wondering if there is any noise leaking from all the electronics inside the power bank...
En la oferta dice que tiene batería intarna
What battery pack did you use? Amazon ?
it would be better to use 2 cells battery, with 7805 and bms for charging
