    I've been a WFPB vegan for over 8 years now and it's been the best decision I've ever made. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! You do such an amazing job at thoroughly explaining things. I always learn something new from you! Thanks for all of your hard work and for always enthusiastically sharing all of this powerful information in ways that anyone can understand and implement.

    Hey Peter!I did that keto thing years ago! I eat eggs and salmon for years! I do love my fruit in my smoothies! Oatmeal! I do low carb or some day’s I’ll eat oatmeal for my high carb! I eat bran cereal! I’am so willing to eat plant based foods! My wife and I go out on dates and besides salads .I have no idea what to order! I need all the help with starting this new lifestyle! I thank you for this important video to help people like me!! I have cashews’. Pumpkin seeds! Walnuts! Chia seeds!

    Thanks for the video! I've also noticed that I feel better with a bit more protein than what's recommended (the formula suggests that I need 42g but I really like to get 60g). I use KOS protein powder - someday I'll try Vivo life salted maca caramel ;-)

    Hi. Really don't know where to start, but I've been a meat-a-saurus for my entire 57 years on this great planet. Just had blood work done. Ugh...lots of things out of whack, and I am really tired of feeling like garbage all the time. Anyway, thanks a ton for this content. I'm ready to jump in to this, and I appreciate you addressing some common concerns(enough protein?, hungry all the time?, etc. I just downloaded your guide...looking forward to a trip to Trader Joe's tomorrow and get crackin on this.

    Good informative video as always. I have a question about protein. Should the protein intake target calculation be based on current body weight, goal body weight, or lean body weight? Thank you.

    The Mediterranean diet in the US looks nothing like the Mediterranean diet in Italy. US still concentrated mostly on animal products.

    How long have you been plantbased young man? Young people now selling plantbased and making lots money. People go to the old vegan Dr's they will give you info for free.
