Decent job guys. If I may make a suggestion though... It appears the box may actually sit a few centimeters off the floor of the van? If it does, I'd suggest screwing a piece of wood under the back of the box to take the weight of the gas bottle. A bottle bouncing around will do horrible things to the outside of the van from stresses and such. Might be a good idea to add some removable hard Styrofoam bracing around the bottle as well when you put it in.
Thanks for the suggestion Jon we will definitely be doing something to try to ensure it is all braced. I’m thinking of building a little platform under the box as well to avoid the issues mentioned
Well done team! Hindsight is the best with these things; but at the same time you are somewhat learning in the dark; with a lack of instructions! haha! Great work! Ill be back for more hole making and van cutting!!! :P
Great effort guys! Once you finish cutting all the holes in the van, you'll be able to cash in the scrap metal for a new van! 🤣🤣 Nah, seriously you two are doing a great job! 💪👏
I took a shot every time I heard sikaflex 🤣. Lucky its early and just coffee. Silly of the manufacturers not providing instructions. That looked super confusing. Well done you two 💙

Haha that’s a good point, got a couple big holes coming up too lol. It’s going better than expected so far so hopefully that continues.
Why did you choose not to use a under body propane tank?
