  • In this video I show you how to make vegan matcha milk spread. This vegan milk spread is so luscious, creamy and rich, you wouldn't know what no actual dairy cream went into making it. Spread it on toast, sandwich it in cake, eat it on porridge and pancakes... have fun and enjoy.

💡 Top tip: The higher concentration oat milk, the better (I use a 'barista' blend).

Hello, found this video after looking for recipes of green tea spread.
May I ask if you have any substitution for soy cream ?
And how long does this keep in the refrigerator?

Hi! You can indeed use heavy or whipping cream instead of soya cream 😄

Can we replace soymilk to oatmilk? Any vegan milk are acceptable to replace it right?

Hello! I think a high-fat/concentration soy milk will work yes, but not sure about others like nut milks as they may not be rich enough or will need more to cook down to the right consistency, and the end colour may be different too (e.g. hazelnut milk will be quite dark).
